You'll be able to wake up to the beautiful and calming view of the ocean and relax as the sun sets over the yacht harbor. You can also catch the Friday night fireworks off the lagoon from your private lanai.

Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

The good: Property value is great. Location is convenient. Nice size unit with great views. Since it is a corner unit it has windows overlooking both the lagoon and the marina. It's great to be able to easily park on your floor and walk right in to your unit. Check in process was seamless. Unit was stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The not so good: A little shabby. Furniture could be updated. No decor to speak of. Slightly grimy (dust/crumbs on the floor in the bedroom), toilet seat is pealing. Is it painted? How much does it cost to get a new seat? Shower/tub is painted and peeling. It took me a few days to realize where the white paint chips on my legs came from.
That being said, I'm not overly picky. For the price and location, I was more happy than not.

We had to move second day. Condo smelled like the charcoal and smoke from the restaurant below. Not the fault of condo but the harbour was disgusting. Couldn’t see the water for the garbage. Cleanliness was also lacking. Window sill hadn’t been cleaned for ages and toilet was black under the rim

Spotless, not overly decorated corner unit with tons of natural light and ocean / marina views. Convenient to everything, with the ability to park on the same level as the unit and skip the elevator.
Property managet was consistently proactive, responsive, and well-organized. Five stars all the way!
