The condo is a spacious 500 sq ft with a large 120 sq ft lanai. There is a comfortable King bed and sofa sleeper in the living area. There is a shoji sliding divider between the living area and the bedroom for added privacy. Unwind on the lanai after a long day at the beach while enjoying a maitai as the sun sets over the yacht harbor.

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

Overall we loved staying in this Ilikai one-bedroom. Check-in was very easy and the property manager kept us well-informed throughout our reservation from before our trip started until it ended. We had our 5-year-old and 2-year-old with us and it was and they enjoyed the grounds and proximity to everything. It was great to have so many amenities close by. The valet service at the hotel was great.
We'll definitely rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. You are within 2 miles of every major store and also plenty of restaurants nearby. Laundry is expensive and there is no towel service that I know of. Which means that if you plan on staying for a period of time you’ll have to wash towels. The reason I only left a 3 star is due to their dishonesty when calling to extend my checkout time. They did allow me to check out later (10$ for every hour beyond 11am) which helped. But when I called the woman originally told me that I couldn’t check out early due to the next tenant. Had I not called a day prior to check rates for checking out later and found out the next tenant wasn’t coming in till the 14th (I left the 10th) I would of taken her word. I called her out on it and she extended me a few hours. That was really the only conversation I had with the management team. Other than that I had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed the location and found it convenient to things we wanted to do. Good communication - easy to reach the property managers. Condo could use some updates and deep cleaning but was good overall; we enjoyed our stay and hope to return to HI soon.

The room was nothing like it was presented on Vrbo. Old, dingy, stained cabinets and closets. Switched to another room that was better but not by much. No directions for using tv. Never did get it to work. No good places to eat there. Never again.
