This condo was open, bright, clean, and more spacious than it looked from the pictures. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating with a table for dining and great views.
We were four adults with an 8 month old and had plenty of space. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. No A/C in bedroom off the living room but there was a fan which made it comfortable.
Kitchen had cooking utensils, although wish it was stocked with spices/cooking oil, etc. Condo was on a side street so it was quiet, at one end of the street was all the action and the other end was the beach access so location was great.
Parking was easy and close. I was concerned after reading some other reviews and having a baby that it might be inconvenient, but it was not. Parking was less than a block away, took 3-4 minutes to walk to parking lot. The beach was also a 5 minute or less walk and it was a pretty beach. Overall we loved our stay, we usually stay towards the end of Waikiki so this location was different but still really nice. The condo was also located within 10 minute walk to the food truck park which we ate at many times. Do wish they provided more paper towels as we ran out pretty early on in the trip but there is an ABC store downstairs and longs pharmacy down the block. Beach chairs and towels provided, plenty of toilet paper, and towels for bathing. The building is clean, no pool but beach is so close it did not bother us. Will definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location and the parking pass saved us quite a bit of stress and money. We enjoyed the ability to enjoy the fresh air via 2 patios and the laundry room was extremely convenient as it was just outside and to the right of the apartment. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and I would definitely book this property again.

We stayed at Regency at Beachwalk unit 71 for a week, two adults and three kids. The condo had everything we need (beach towels, beach chairs, laundary detergent, etc). Parking was a couple blocks away but included. Washer and dryer were next door to the unit and was $2.75 per load per machine. The location is awesome, close to great restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Property manager Paul was awesome. He was really responsive whenever there was a question or issue. My kids accidentally unplugged the WiFi setup and he was very responsive in getting it back up.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It had everything we were looking in for in terms of location and layout. Location was an easy walk to many sites and restaurants we wanted to visit. Thanks for a terrific stay.

Easy access walking around Waikiki and beaches. Easy access to parking and route to and from area to leave honolulu for touring around the island. Excellent having twin beds in the second bedroom, much better for kids and young adults in a family.

One convenience which we totally appreciated was the parking pass! Parking was just a block away and made it so smooth to be at our apartment and then hop in our car to see family or see the sights. We would definitely want to stay here again when we return - maybe for a 101st birthday next year!

ワイキキの中心部で海にもショッピングにも近く、真下にはABCストアがあり、とても利便性の高いコンドミニアムです。建物の出入口には昼間はoutriggerの受付の方が常駐、夜は玄関が施錠され部屋のカードキーで解錠して入るのでセキュリティは良いです。駐車場は2ブロック西側の大きな一般駐車場でKalia Road に出入口があり、駐車場からコンドミニアムまではトランプホテルの脇を通れば徒歩2、3分、出入自由のカードを貸してもらえます。部屋は全体的に清潔でした。バルコニーから海はほぼ見えませんが、視界が開けていて眺望は良く正面にヒルトンがあるの
