Effective April 22, 2025 through July 15, 2025 the F building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Some parts of the building will start this work soon, and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Stay cool and safe with a brand-new split A/C unit with iWave-M technology that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Enjoy tiled flooring, ceiling fan, and wonderful ocean breezes. Entertainment includes a new wall-mounted Smart 42” TV equipped with cable and complimentary 5G Wi-Fi.
Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable King size bed. The bathroom is beautifully updated with new custom vanity and quartz countertop. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk/security service with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer's market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to Ka'anapali and Kapalua world-class golf courses.
There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also provided for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

Beautiful location and okay accommodations. Our oceanfront unit had many ants upon arrival and when mentioned to property management company weren’t concerned. We kept ALL food in the refrigerator and kept counters clean. The toilet worked 75% of the time…issues flushing and running constantly. We were given 2 bath towels for 10 days so a lot of laundry. The view was fantastic just expected less issues for the money.

We loved the place. We have stayed at Papakea before! This studio was excellent and would stay again! Had everything we needed to live for ten days!
The view of the ocean from inside and out of the ocean with palms in the view were absolutely spectacular! So peaceful … great location! The binoculars were nice to have, for we watched the whales breaching from the balcony! Thanks for sharing this place with us.

This location had everything I was looking for on this trip. The balcony looked right out over the ocean and I could see the whales frolicking in the distance from the balcony and from the bed. The kitchen had all the tools you could want - far better equipped than any other rental I’ve visited. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean front views were amazing and the property was kept very clean. You have access to the beach as well as the pool all within a few steps from each other! The studio was a perfect size for me and my husband. It gave off a light and airy vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!
