We had a group of 5 people, lots of room in the Villa. Kitchen had pots, pans, regular coffee maker, filters, utensils. Working washer and dryer and AC worked great. Will definitely book again!

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of 8. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The a/c worked well, too. The elevator inside the condo came in handy especially when unloading our luggage and groceries. Mike was a great host. Always responded quickly to all my questions. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool and playing pickleball. We all enjoyed the walking paths. The location is the best. We were minutes from the beach, zip lining, ATV excursion, old town where there are numerous shops, and the fresh fruit stand (the mango smoothie was my favorite). We also enjoyed the luau show at the Sheraton which was minutes away. Our grandsons loved the adventure helicopter ride (doors off) where they said the view of the canyon was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mike for sharing your great condo with us.

This our second stay in this unit and it works really well for the 10 of us. Love the large porch for eating and having the pool below. Michael and Surrey responded quickly to any questions.

We spent 10 days in Kauai with a group of 11, including 2 3-yr olds and a 16 month old. The condo was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beaches and walking distance to many local places to visit. I highly recommend this condo!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo near Poipu Beach, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the outset, the cleanliness of the condo stood out, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Its spaciousness was another highlight, providing ample room for relaxation and comfort.
The communication with the owners was exemplary. They did a great job both before and during my stay, ensuring that I had all the information I needed and felt completely at ease. This level of attention and care significantly enhanced my overall experience.
The condo's pool and hot tub area was a delightful retreat. Well-maintained and serene, it offered a perfect spot for relaxation. The proximity to Poipu Beach, just a short walking distance away, was incredibly convenient.
The condo's location also meant we were just a short drive away from some fantastic restaurants and a variety of outdoor activities. We give this rental a well-deserved 5 starts.

This was an amazing property, with a fantastic pool, and a short walk to the best beach in a Kauai. We stayed with eight people ranging in age from one year to a 75 years, and everybody had an amazing time. The elevator straight to your living room was Very handy for the people at the ends of the age spectrum. Lots of fun, pool and beach supplies in the garage, and plenty of parking.
