We love the Napili shores studios that are oceanfront. We have stayed in many. This one was no exception being great. The views, the whales, the surf, sunset, not to mention loving to swim in Napili bay. The studio condo is perfect for us and provided all cooking items, coffee, maker, etc. that we needed. This particular condo is aging a little and will need a little TLC in the coming years. That said, we enjoyed it so much and it provided all of our needs. There was even a beach bag, snorkel equipment (tho we had our own), and boogie board. Thank you so much for opening your lovely home to us!

Been back for a week now and still thinking about my stay. Picture’s honestly don’t do 205A justice. What an amazing place, a little slice of heave. The unit is nicely appointed and everything you need is there. Checking in was seem-less even though I arrived after the front office had closed. Napili Bay is my favorite place spot on the island and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Marlene & Maui!

We enjoyed our time at Napili Shores. We got to see turtles just steps from the condo and we watched whales in the morning. The sunsets were stunning. A great place to get away and relax!

Overall we enjoyed the condo and the area! The complex is located in a quiet neighborhood with no high rises in sight. We loved our hikes along the ocean and beautiful sunsets. There’s a great grocery store in a shopping mall a few minutes away to get all the necessities. A few things could be improved: $300 tax was requested 2 days after the reservation was paid in full and an additional $75 complex fee has to be paid the day you move in. There was no salt or sugar in the unit. And you can only set the AC for a few hours. We would turn it on at night only and in the middle of the night it would go back to the pre-set high temperature.

Have stayed in this unit 3 times. LOVE the location and setting. Unit does need a bit of TLC and more active quality control. Limited hot water, old nasty bed spread, beach chair corroded, TV and instructions are not correct and difficult to navigate.

You are welcomed by the sound of the crashing waves and a beautiful view. We saw the most amazing sunsets and on our last day we had a rainbow right outside our window. Loved it here!

You can’t get much closer to the ocean than this. Great view of Napili Beach from the lanai. We appreciated having backpack beach chairs in the condo along with beach towels. Condo could use some refreshing in decor but the bed was comfy, the coffee maker worked just fine and it must be said again that the view was amazing!

I try to stay at Napili Shores whenever I am on Maui. This 2nd floor unit overlooks the bay so it has a lovely view. Be advised parking is not available immediately behind this building but it is also a very short walk away. The famous Gazebo restaurant is adjacent to the building & it now offers takeout! Great airflow through unit. Great spot for whale watching too.

Fabulous beachfront views of Napili Bay. This cozy condo has direct beach access to the beautiful Napili Bay, home of the famous Gazebo, and gorgeous sunset views and whale watching from the lanai. There are a couple of minor things that need addressed: the A/C in the condo has a minimum temperature of 75° and you can not set it any lower. Guests should be able to adjust the temperature to their comfort level. Unfortunately, there is a limited amount of air flow that comes through the lanai and without a decent breeze from the north and without any other windows, this condo gets very warm and stuffy. The condo is also in need of maintenance, renovations, and upgrades, especially in the bathroom. Above the toilet is an access hole that is falling off the ceiling and needs reinforced. The dishes and utensils are of poor quality and the pillows are ridiculously thin. We had to borrow pillows from my Aunt. Lastly, but most importantly, we had an extremely difficult time with checking in. The security guard was rude and arrogant. He told us that we were not registered guests and our names were not in their system. Not a good way to start our Christmas vacation. After numerous times of showing our VRBO reservation and confirmation he decided to let us in the room, but demanded that we check in at the front desk the next morning. The front desk clerk was also rude and unfriendly as she also could not find our reservations. This was a BIG problem, and was not resolved until the owners filled out a confirmation form and emailed the front desk that we were registered guests. Overall, the condo has an incredible view of Napili Bay, but some necessary upgrades would have made our visit more comfortable and pleasant.

We loved this little piece of Heaven in Napili! Everything you need in one place. Lacked nothing! Right on the beach, great snorkeling, sunny, the Gazebo Restaurant, and honestly very private. The deck was perfect for a glass of wine & card hard after a long day snorkeling and sunning!! If you are looking for a beautiful getaway on the beach in Napili this is your spot!
