Although everything worked, this unit is In great need of renovations. I was given the wrong PW in the email for the Wi-Fi; luckily, the router had the RIGHT PW on it ... Very sticky (dirty) floor; sand was swept to the corners in the bathroom; only 3 facecloths and bath towels for a 9 night stay in the Hawaiian heat. No dining room table to have your meals but a tiny coffee table around 18 inch round between 2 chairs. No dresser to put your clothes in. Boogers and what looked like blood and s*** stains on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Slow draining bathtub/shower. You need strong arms to pull the faucet in that shower. It was a nightmare to retrieve mail that I had sent to me with instructions on how to do it from the unit owner. The mail was delivered to his mailbox but nobody had the key for this mailbox and the mailbox was not checked. I had to wait with security for the mailman to show up (hours of wait) so that I could ask him to retrieve my mail from the owner's mailbox. Note that security is not hired by the unit owner and that they have nothing to do with condo units. Security is for the Monarch guests not the condo unit tenants. With a ghost of an owner, I had to rely on security more times than I wished I had to and they did all they could without being paid for their services. The only positive is that the bed was very comfortable. I would not stay in that unit nor would I rent units again from this absent owner.

Only 2 towels for 2 adults.. when request new towels got no reply at all ... otherwise a good small place to stay convenient

This is a studio condo within walking distance to just about anywhere in Waikiki. Very clean and comfortable. Host provided very clear instructions for check in and check out, which was a breeze. Nice views of the ocean and city - especially at night when the city lights up. Highly recommended.
