Maui Parkshore #313 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the third floor with a great ocean view, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. It features 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a portable A/C in the master bedroom and guest bedroom only, and ceiling fans throughout the condo. There is a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a full size sofa bed. The 2 twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower; bathroom 2 has a combination shower and tub. For outdoor activities, Maui Parkshore #313 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels.

We have stayed at Maui Parkshore for 4 years in a row and this unit is very nice. Management company was prompt when we had a small issue and was taken care of right away. Kihei is a lovely community where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation. Maui Parkshore is our choice of the place to stay. Smaller complex with easy access to lots of places.

Property is in a great location. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs to be able to walk across the street and watch the sunset every evening. Kind bed was a little firm for me, but other than that, the property was great for our stay!

Our family of five (three teens, my wife and I) stayed at 313 for a week in Jan, 2024. It was a great spot for us to crash (one on the sofa bed in the living room, which our youngest reported was quite comfortable). The twin beds are soft, the king quite firm but really no complaints. Sheets, floors, kitchen, etc. were clean and ready to use. Loved having the large table with enough chairs on the lanai and plenty of seating in the living room. Located within easy walk/drives to plenty of beaches, restaurants, rental shops, and more. It also supplied us with a good selection of beach chairs, and an umbrella, some fins etc. and we left a body board that was gifted to us by a family on the beach on our day one! Enjoy!!

Comfortable stay at Maui Parkshore 313, a great way to ring in the New year.Kitchen was well stocked and unit has a nice layout with a large lanai with great view...beyond S. Kihei Road. Bedrooms at back of unit away from road noise, which helped. Patio doors have been replaced and open and close well. Great location across from Kam 3 beach, would stay again.

My friends and family really like our stay here. There was plenty of room for us and it is close to other things within the community. The best part is that it is close to the beach.

Condo was in a fantastic location, a bit dated, needs a little tlc but overall met all our needs. A/C units in bedrooms were a huge plus, hallway fan needs cleaning badly as well as master bedroom closet shelving. Nothing major. We would definitely stay here again

Overall, this condo is great, with good location in kihei and easy access. It was disappointing to hear that the balcony doors were broken a week before we were coming out, but the rental comoany was very easy to contact and work with to make sure we could still enjoy the lanai. Would rent again for sure!

We had a great stay. The sliding door was broken and was a bit annoying. The beach across the road is beautiful. I booked at a lower price so it was a good deal but I didn't think I would pay the new prices.

Excellent location, with an ocean view, and walking distance right across the street from the beach. We love this area of Maui. Overall the unit was above average. Unit needs to be updated. Wasn't enough paper towels, and toilet paper for a family of 5. The sliding door did not work properly and could not open on the 1 side. The company who rents this out was very responsive and accommodating for an early arrival, and extra beach towels needed, however the door was not addressed. There was plenty of beach supplies (ie. chairs, toys, swim stuff).

Family and I really enjoyed this location. Right across the street from a great beach spot, and walking distance to shopping and dining. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed to have the best family vacation in years.
