Best location in Waikoloa with only 120 gated units on 20 acres. It is walking distance to Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops, Ane'hoo'malu (A-Bay) Beach, Lava Lava Beach Club, Hilton and the Marriott. Located on the Waikoloa Beach Course with its lanai overlooking the 8th hole is unit #O22. The living room is open and inviting and features a large flat screen TV (includes cable) and contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, along with a desk area to plan the day's excursion. Kitchen appliances include hot (Instant) pot, coffee maker, toaster, panini maker, hand mixer and a blender to make protein or fruit shakes. The round dining table can seat up to six or enjoy your meals outdoors on the lanai, equipped with a stainless-steel gas grill and sink.
The calming primary bedroom looks out over the golf course and has a King size bed with an on suite that includes double sinks, a separate bath and shower, along with a water closet. There is a walk-in closet with an ironing board/iron, hangers and extra bedding. The guest bedroom has two XL-twin beds that can be made into a King upon request/fee, and is located next to the guest bathroom (Tub and Shower combo). Washer and dryer are located in the closet next to the guest bathroom. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room along with two swivel chairs.
The Waikoloa Beach Villas, with its beautifully manicured grounds, has two swimming pools, two hot tubs and one fitness room.
Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed. Please note, there is only parking for 1 vehicle ONLY. No additional parking available.

Walking distance to King/Queen shops which has lots to do. Like that there are 2 pools for the whole property. Very quiet and clean grounds.

We love this area and have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Villas several times. The home was beautiful and convenient for my family (2 adults, 1 three year old, and 2 seniors). Commmunication with property management was excellent. The temp at 72 degrees worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family. Fit everything we needed. Only real complaint is no inside lock on the front door. We have twin three year olds that are very exploratory. We had to put a suitcase in front of the door so we would hear them if they tried to open the door. Would recommend to anyone with a family, with Queens market right across the road it was very convenient.

A great vacation home in a perfect location across from Queens shops and a block from Kings shops. We made many great meals with the BBQ on the lanai. Condo was well stocked and quickly felt like home! We’ll be back!
