Right across the street is Kamaole Beach 1 voted # 1 by Maui Revealed ( 2012 edition)
The view from our private Lanai at sunset is spectacular. When the sunrises the island birds will greet you from the palm fronds that reach the Lanai.
Kamaole Beach Royale is beautifully landscaped and is a concrete frame ,therefore a very quiet building. Take advantage of the lovely pool.
Kamaole Beach Royale has a 7 th floor BBQ area. Plenty of tables and chairs to watch sunset with family and friends . The best place to meet people from all over the world 🌍.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we were just as happy with it the second time. The location and views can’t be beat. The 7th floor shared lanai offers some of the best sunset views and whale watching. Hoping to stay there again in the future.

This was our first trip to Maui and this location did not disappoint. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the property and its proximity to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, pool toys and an umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. We had the best time!

Thank you Todd and Linda for sharing your home away from home with us. Your condo is lovely and in an amazing location close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and most importantly, the beach. Everything was as advertised, the information you provided us was spot on, and your communications with us were easy and timely. Maui is my happy place and we couldn't be happier with our 3 week stay! We will certainly be back again!

It doesn't get any better than this in Kihei. A short walk to the best beach in Kihei. Awesome ocean views from the lanai. Comfortable furniture. Comfortable bed. Very nice linens. Well stocked kitchen. We've stayed in other places in Kihei but this is by far the best...

We loved our stay and spent the majority of our time reading and watching the sun from the lanai. Beautiful condo in a perfect location to enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Can’t wait to return!

First off, the pictures of the view don’t do it justice - the view from the lanai is incredible. We are ‘view’ people and this one was top notch. The condo unit and grounds were clean and well kept. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back!

Condo had all the amenities to stay in and cook or walk to dining. GREAT OCEAN VIEW. EASY ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. Quiet and relaxing property. Great cross flow breeze with the trade winds, or AC if you so choose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT 509!

Community/Barbeque area - 7th floor was great for happy hour/sunset viewing!!! PERFECT!!!!!!
