The Kona Alii complex is situated in one of the best downtown locations on Alii drive, directly across the street from the water's edge. The ocean is literally at your doorstep. It is roomy enough for up to 4 guests utilizing a Queen Murphy bed and 2 spacious bathrooms, providing comfort for all the guests. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the bed is king size. The kitchen has it all at your fingertips and is open to a great room atmosphere. The pool is pristine and excellently maintained. There are onsite BBQ’s near the pool for your convenience. The lanai provides cooling trade winds and gorgeous sunsets. There are numerous restaurants, shops and a festive night life within walking distance. It's relaxing to sit and sip a cup of coffee at your favorite coffee house on the ocean, listening to live music while you people watch. White sand beaches like Lunapule and King Kamehameha beaches are also within walking distance. Try renting a paddle board or kayak at King Kam beach. Grocery stores are within a couple miles but don't worry, if you forget something there are convenience stores nearby. Kona Alii Condominiums also has a parking space for this unit labeled #504 and a secured building entry.

This location was even better than I expected. We came for the 4th to see the parade and fireworks.
The parade was on Alii dr and couldn't have been any better spot to view.
The fireworks are in the bay straight out front and wow what a nice displsy. We will be back.

Good value for the price - comfortable, clean, spacious. The balcony is ample with wonderful views. There is a quality firm Murphy bed in the large family room and we decided to sleep on that to enjoy the breeze and crashing waves. Located close to everything but just outside the bustle of Kona center. Would certainly stay here again.

This was our fifth stay at Karen & Ed's amazing condo.
Not much left to say about how much we love it apart from the new washer and dryer were amazing. And the new carpet was also great.
Needless to say, we were happy the best couch in the world was still there.

Property just as described, well maintained, clean, and well appointed. The bedroom mattress needs replacing, but slept well on it. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

The location of Ed & Karen's condo is great. It allowed close and easy access to so many great restaurants. We appreciated the simple but efficient security measures of the condo. The lanai was a wonderful place to stay and read our books. Enjoy!

This condo is terrific and right across the street from the water. We enjoyed the lanai. People watching is always fun! The sunsets were amazing. We saw dolphins right in the bay. The condo itself was very comfortable, great having two bathrooms, lots of extras in the place, loved the decorations. Nice to have a parking spot, easy walking to lots of restaurants. This was a great place to celebrate our 50th anniversary!

The property is across the street from ocean
Sitting on lani, all you see is water. And hear the waves. Very peaceful. We ate out lots, as there are plenty of excellent restaurants close by. Also a Thai massage facitlity on the premises. I went 4 times.

Excellent location. Condo had everything we needed. Gorgeous view of ocean, bay, sunset. Ed and Karen were great about communicating with us. They left us some yummy snacks and coffee. So kind of them. Would recommend their condo to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was well stocked and had everything needed. View from the property is amazing. There is a road downstairs and multiple restaurants and stores around. The beach is rocky and is most just for the view. We drove to the beaches which are about 10 min drive or so. We loved the Kua bay beach a couple of miles up the airport which itself is a short drive.
