This condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our trip! We even left a Nespresso coffee maker there for future renters :) The only thing is the pull out couch mattress is not in a condition to sleep on, the springs sticking out make it extremely uncomfortable, not doable really. That being said the condo does request only 2 people, we just had another condo with grandchildren that we thought could spread out into this other unit but that did not work out. Other than that amazing!

We spent 10 days at this beautiful location, the location has incredible views, especially of the evening sunset. The short walk to the Kam 3 beach is just two minutes away. At this local beach we had really had great snorkeling experiences, including turtles, beautiful fish, everything you would expect to see in Hawaii, just outside your door. The condo had beach chairs, snorkels and boogie boards supplied which was really great. This condo is definitely an older condo (as most are in this area) that being said, many good improvements over the years, including a remodeled bathroom and modern shower which was very nice. I would make a few suggestions including the replacement of the master bedroom mattress which was sagging considerably on the right hand side (when viewing from the bottom of the bed). The bedroom is fairly large and has an air conditioning unit, the only one in the apartment, however I did keep the entire condo cool enough. Unfortunately we had a Hawaiian visitor a.k.a. cockroach in the bathroom on day one, It was rather large and I was able to remove it quickly but left me wondering if there were more friends. Overall my wife and I had a very lovely time at this location, the lanai was really beautiful, we had beautiful birds visiting us every morning, absolutely tropical paradise.

The atmosphere is relaxed and lovely. The condo was well appointed, very attractive, convenient and comfortable. We had an issue with the internet and fan but it was taken care of by the staff. Our son and family stayed in a condo across the expansive lawn and it was convenient for all. All of us enjoyed the beautiful plants and were entertained by the variety of birds on the property. We also took advantage of the swimming pool which was a big hit with our little grand daughter. The entire property is obviously well maintained. The beaches across the street are lovely and just a couple walking minutes away. We took advantage of the beach chairs and snorkel equipment. I would recommend a car to go to other parts of the island.

Hale Kamaole continues to be a great venue and relaxing place. We enjoy the pool experience right off our patio. The grounds are neat and especially well maintained. The barbecue experience continues to be a high lite. Meeting new people and talking about their trip and finding out we’re they live is always interesting. We were in Maui for only 1week but had fantastic Happy hours, 3 rounds of golf,1 special dinner at the 5 Palms restaurant and barbecues with family and special friends each night! We did have 2 negatives with our condo. The dish washer did not function properly and a strong smell of urine with toilet seat raised. The condos location is ideal with a partial view of the ocean. The office staff were helpful and especially with Covid issues and testing. The king bed was comfortable. Lots of dressers and hangers in the closet. Condo was clean and provided enough supplies for our needs.

The condo and property as a whole is perfect! Condo has absolutely everything you’d want for a beach vaca and then some. Bed is super comfy, great views from the patio, extremely quiet day and night. Right across from the beach! Would absolutely stay here again and again! Thank you for having us, see you again soon!
