Wailea Grand Champions 101 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as golf course views, a remodeled kitchen, and air-conditioning. Located in building #11, this ground-floor unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a King-size bed in the guest bedroom, and Queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The open-concept living area features Hawaiian theme furniture and large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with a window A/C unit and ceiling fans in the living room.
Retreat and relax in the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a window A/C unit. Access the ensuite master bathroom which includes a dual sink vanity space and a large walk in shower. Inside the guestroom is a King-size bed as well as a window A/C unit. A desk workspace is also equipped in the guest bedroom. The guest ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Pack light, a private washer and dryer is added for your convenience.
Unwind and watch golf professionals from the private lanai with a dining table for 4. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the views from inside with large sliding doors and plantation style shutters. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, custom lighting, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. Ample counterspace making meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 2.
The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, , and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four, and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout.

Wailea Grand Champions Resort offers 11 acres of beautifully manicured grounds located on the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The resort is adjacent and within walking distance of the Wailea Tennis Club and the beach. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a BBQ area are available to all guests. The Shops of Wailea nearby offer a variety of stores and restaurants. You can also jog or walk along the ocean pathway in Wailea which will take you past numerous oceanfront resorts. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

First the good, lovely location with great views and the complex exterior is nicely maintained with good pools.
This unit is not up to area standards, it needs maintenance and the updates are not recent. We had to re-wash all the dishes on arrival, kitchen cabinets are coming off hinges, lanai railing is broken, window in master bedroom needs repair and is boarded up, bathrooms are musty and air conditioning units are old and noisy.
But worst of all after following all check-out instructions perfectly and leaving the place clean we got an email from My Perfect Stays, the property management company for this unit, telling us we would be charged a significant penalty for violation of the non-smoking policy. As two lifelong non-smokers with a child this was not only impossible but insulting. The issue has been resolved after some emails and phone calls but it left a very bad impression.

We all had a Grand time at the Grand Champions. The pools. location were wonderful for the family at the times they came. We had stayed in the complex 22 years ago and has been kept up wonderfully still. Nice to sit on the lanai in the morning for coffee and to see the deer at sunset on the golf course. Very relaxing and we had added excitement to our trip with 40 sea turtles in turtle bay one day and a reef shark in Makena. In all the years we have come to Maui that was a first for that many turtles on one day and never have we seen a shark with all our scuba and snorkeling. We will be back to this unit if open on our next vacation.

I am giving our stay here a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EVERYTHING else was AWESOME upon arrival of the property. The parking fronted the unit. There was more than enough Towels linen comforters toilet paper, clorox dish soap laundry PODS playpen pull wagon cooler beach toys blow mattress first aid supplies. You name it. This unit was stacked! Although we didnt use most, it was there if needed! When we come back to Maui this will be our spot! Definitely. ONLY downside was the 4pm checkin and 10am checkout. 3pm and 11am would have been terrific BUT not worth losing a star!😉😉 Aloha & God bless DA Wa'a Ohana🤙🏽

We enjoyed our morning coffee on our deck, in the sun, watching the golfers go by. The condo was well equipped with 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, toys for the beach and snorkel gear. It was a nice floor plan for 2 couples.
The pool area and grounds are very tropical. We always love our time at Grand Champions.
