Air Conditioning: A portable AC unit is available in the living room to cool that space, with ceiling fans and additional box fans in all rooms for added comfort.
Bathroom: Features a glass block walk-in shower with built-in seating for a luxurious and relaxing experience.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with ample cabinet and counter space, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy in the dining area or on the lanai.

Construction Notice: From September 23rd, 2024, roofing work and painting will take place around the complex, expected to last 3-4 weeks. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, focusing on the eaves (fascia, soffit, trim) of both the ocean and parking lot sides.
Minimum night stay varies seasonally from 4-10 nights.

A lovely balcony view! Well kept BBQ area and pool area. The unit is dated and could use some updating. Patio doors and closet doors did not function well which is a note not a huge concern. The patio and common area made this an excellent stay. If the unit were to be refreshed this would truly be a 9/10 location.

We had a great stay at this condo for our honeymoon. We had one mishap where the pool key wasn't in the room when we checked in but after a quick call, it was sorted out very quickly! Would recommend this stay!

Aloha:)) it was our first time on Big Island and this place was perfect!!! Beautiful decor, amazing lanai and this patio view!!!!! Totally amazing apartment with everything!!!! Very clean and very good maintenanced. It was perfect vacation for us. Thank you very much
