Great Location and Stay but for the price, the Cooling system was old and rusty, same as the doors.
When we love the place and will be keen to rent again. One of the point where we will skip is not seeing any change of quality on that aspect for the price.
Other than that, if place was more re-furnished, i'm sure we will be keen to make it a yearly trip to Kona!

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Spectacular view of the ocean from the patio. We had some issues with the AC but got them figured out.

The view of the ocean and the sunset was incredible. Comfortable bed, all the necessary amenities, pleasant and relaxing unit. Could always find a parking spot. Within walking distance to dining and shopping. Great !

The view is tremendous, you can sit on the port and catch the sunset every night. Easy parking, short walk, less than a mile from town. All the appliances work, the A/C doesn't really cool the bedroom but there's a pull out couch in the area that's cooled and we just used that and figured out how to use the fans to get the whole place cooled down in the evening. Pool was clean and not too busy, the property was quiet in the evenings and we felt completely safe.

Great location. The view from the lanai was amazing. The place was very clean and well equipped. Easy booking and check in. They have some stuff you can use for the beach. I will definitely stay there again!
