No partial or peek-a-boo views, here in this ground floor corner unit just the raw beauty of the South Pacific Ocean sunsets daily at your doorstep.
The condo is located in Kihei Beach Condominiums, less than 10 miles from the Kahului Airport, and central to all that there is to do on Maui. Conveniently located directly across the street from the unit is a fresh farmers market, ABC store for all your needs, and Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice for your sweet tooth. As well as short distance from other major local grocery and shopping centers in beautiful town of Kihei.
Our condominium is fully furnished and well appointed for your well deserved relaxing or adventurous vacation in collaboration with Beach House Furnishings in Kihei. The resort itself is a real gem. Nestled into a quiet and safe community, the atmosphere is low key and quiet for those looking for a local feel rather than the hustle and bustle of a large resort. Centrally located in North Kihei, you will soon know why we have many repeat travelers stay at our beautiful property. Our on-island support is always at your service to answer any questions, or provide recommendations and respond quickly to any of our guest requests. When not sampling the great variety of local restaurants, grill some fresh caught fish or Maui grass fed beef on the on-property grills are available for all to use in the main common area on the south side of the property.
Full Service in Unit Laundry - keep your packing light and utilize your own separate washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean and dry.

Amazing trip of a lifetime with my family! Travelled with seniors and the first floor location was so convienient. The one bed was also lower to the ground so it was easy for them to get in and out of. The unit had everything you need and more and it was super clean! Coffee maker and coffee was supplied as well as all the spices you need for cooking The access to beach chairs and pool toys was perfect so you didnt have to go buy anything. If you travel with little ones it a perfect location as the pool is two steps away and fenced. Access to the beach was easy and there is an outdoor shower on the property to wash up before returning to the unit. Never had an issue with finding loungers to lay out on on the grass.
The property manager was incredible! Always responded to any questions and was so kind. I cant say enough great things about this rental. You wont be dissapointed.

This condo had everything we needed and more. Walking out the back Lanai and being steps from the beach and pool was amazing, specially with two young kids! Being across the street from the farmers market, abc store and delicious bakery made it so convenient and low stress. Host and on-island manager were super responsive. Thank you!

Excellent location in Kihei. Condo is clean and very nicely remodeled. Have stayed on sugar beach many times and would choose this condo again.

This property is a great option for a small group. The space has been updated and has all the amenities you'll need to make a great stay. Communication was great and host was very responsive... going so far as to purchase some new blankets and drop them off while we were out enjoying the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked... beyond what I've found at most other rental properties. Ground floor is great for pool / lawn / beach access. 110% satisfied with our stay!

What a fantastic property. All one level and our friend with a walker could just go everywhere. Perfectly appointed, great spices on cupboard and the location was incredible!! We loved every moment.
