From the actual property to the communication, everything was perfect! The condo is at a convenient location where you can walk to the Queen Market Place in minutes. The kitchen is well equipped with various appliances and spices (you have to get your own cooking oil, salt/ sugar). Inside their garage, you can find a few boogie boards and beach chairs, couple umbrellas, beach toys and even life jackets. Lots of nice touches and decor throughout the unit. Our favorite party was ordering take outs and dine at the balcony while enjoying the view. Wil definitely reutrn next time we visit the Big Island!

Everything was as advertised. It was beautiful and clean and the location is amazing. The decor is great, the loft with twin beds was perfect. The pillows were 5* hotel style and excellent! Items were available to use at the beach. I loved it and want to go back asap!

My assumption is this condo was recently remodeled. All of the finishes are top quality, as good or better than the 5-star resort down the road we stayed in last week. It is also beautifully appointed and decorated. So comfortable, spacious, and has just about everything you could need! We loved the top floor location which has the cute loft with two twin beds and vaulted living room ceilings. Greatly appreciated the abundance of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards! No Ocean view from here, but nice quiet golf course and palm trees and walkable to King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. Easy process with gate and door codes sent in advance. Lovely pool and hot tub. One nit picky thing: they provide shampoo but not conditioner (boo) so be sure to pack your own. The showers are really beautiful like the rest of the place though!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa at the Fairway Villas! The condo was very clean, recently remodeled, equipped with everything we needed (Including a great selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc) and a very quite top floor / end unit!! The location was perfect for exploring different beaches and the activities we planned. There was plenty of dining / shopping within walking distance and our helicopter trip launched from less than two miles from the condo. We hope to stay here again soon.

I spent my mid century modern birthday at this beautiful mid century modern condo - tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed. The property is in a very well maintained complex. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and saddle road to go to Hilo. The most perfect stay for bringing in a new decade.
