It a nice place and so close to store and the beach! There’s only 1 thing that I wish they have is a bathroom downstairs it’s so hard to go to the bathroom I’m the middle of the night and I have my sister that had knee surgeries and it’s hard for her to go up and down in the stairs just to go to the bathroom! But all in all I rated it 5 stars!

Great overall property. Really enjoyed our state and the communication from the owner was great. Small recommendations would be to have more towels available and make sure there is enough soap etc. But overall, loved our stay and highly recommend.

We are family of 4 with two young adults and we all enjoyed staying this place. We stayed here from 6/17 - 6/21 and property manager Charles was very responsive gave excellent instruction and made the check-in process a breeze. We will definitely return here. Mahalo Charles! -Coral

While the property location is indeed excellent (minutes walk from the beach and a only partially obscured view of the beach). our families arrived to a house on June 7 to unclean linens, dusty furniture, unemptied fridge from previous occupants and gnats in the kitchen snd bathrooms.
When we got in touch with Charles, he initially implied that we should remove the hair from the linens ourselves and implied that the women in the family had rolled up the bedsheets on their own. I believe that he missed the part where clean linens are part of the larger picture of basic hygiene.
When we finally did get him to send over member of the cleaning crew with new sheets for the pullouts, we were informed that the owner prefers to do his linens/laundry service on his own unlike the remainder of the property.
Insofar as the gnats, after being unable to prepare a meal that night and being harassed through breakfast, we decided to vacate the property. A text sent to the owner/manager advising him of our departure and requesting a partial refund is still unanswered at the time of this writing.
We were able to visit with another visiting family down the hall which was much cleaner with an intact screen over the kitchen window. The broken screen coupled with dated and stained bathroom tiles give the overall impression of an unmaintained property snd a disengaged owner, with cosmetic updates of the living and sleeping areas (we looked back at the listing snd in hindsight noted that pictures of the bathroom were conspicuously absent).
Now comes the bad part. During this process, I reached out to VRBO twice to see if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation or help us get a refund, both before and after trying to reach out to Charles. I was advised that VRBO provides nothing more than a listing service. They have no contractual obligation with the hosts to demand standards or refunds. The only time they can take further action is if the guests are “in peril” either through “a dangerous environment or structure such as a loose balcony railing.” This is despite submission of images of the linens snd insects.
I personally consider this a hard lesson learned.
Though all of this is hard to believe and will be refuted by owner/manager, but if after all this you still have the courage to book this property, please go with a camera, a back up plan and charge it to a credit card with whom you can dispute the charges.

This location was perfect for our family of seven, all the kids had space and the adults had privacy. There was a pool and hot tub for when we wanted to stay back, and the beach is across the street making for easy access.
The food nearby was good and the walls, beautiful. Would utilize this space again in the future- highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! Perfect location to restaurants, beach is just across the street. View of the ocean from the balcony. The condo does provide pool/spa and tennis courts. The only thing I wished they had was Netflix or Amazon Prime for the tv in living room. They do provide this in the main bedroom. We really did not have a lot of time for tv... but there were those nights that we wanted to just relax after an exhausting day of boating, swimming and shopping. :-) You will not be disappointed! Would stay here for sure next time!!!

Beautiful place, well-located and clean. We would definitely return. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc for entire family. All the amenities you could ask for. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. 5 star rating all around.

Our family enjoyed our stay here and how great the location was. Just steps away from the water and a few restaurants. We do recommend this home for anyone’s stay. Also it was really cool how they had boogie board’s and beach chairs with a few toys. Super cool 👍🏼
