This property complies with all local vacation rental regulations! This Kuhio at Waikiki condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, and offers ample space, a full kitchen, and a partial ocean view. This is a privately owned and operated condo.
The spacious interior offers 2 bedrooms (King in the master bedroom and Queen in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and an ample living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size sofa bed. Comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests! The brand-new full kitchen is fully stocked and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, and refrigerator.
Key card-operated washers and dryers are available in the building's shared onsite laundry room, so you'll always have clean and fresh clothes and bathing suits! This truly is an amazing value in the heart of Waikiki! Covered and a secured parking that can also be included, which is a rare find in Waikiki!

Onsite parking for one (1) car (max 6'-6" height) is available at a discounted rate of $25/day plus tax (nearby parking lots charge $30+ per night). Please request parking if you'll need parking so we can make the arrangements.

Please remember that this is a private unit, not part of the hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as swiftly as possible.
Although there is an elevator in the building, the use of stairs is required from the lobby level to the street level.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.
GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware, as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.
We will be placing a security deposit hold for $750 on your credit card through a secure payment portal. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after your stay, provided there are no issues.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our Hawaii vacation! Plenty of space, very well equipped with everything we needed including paper towels, soap, plenty of towels, extra blankets and bedding, with extras: beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella which were VERY appreciated and even laundry detergent (!). There is a great laundry on the 3rd floor, very helpful since we did get dirty traveling around the island. Location is central to everything, we could walk to tons of shops and restaurants and Lyfts come within minutes. Beds were very comfortable and the ac units worked great! Felt very safe, the key fob is required to enter the property. Also lots of kitchen amenities, we were able to cook and there were even coffee filters for us. Owner checked in on us several times, communications were detailed and organized. Loved every minute of our trip, so happy we found this gem of a place. Thank you to the owners for making our trip truly perfect!

Property was perfect for our family of 5. Really liked being 2 short blocks from sand and crowds. We only experienced slight noise with the sliding doors closed with A/C on but was not overwhelming and any property in that area would experience the same. Views were good off the lanais. With having the kitchen and overall extra square footage, it was more comfortable than a normal hotel room.

Property was clean and location is good. The only problem is it’s too noisy all day and night, live music plays till midnight and you will hear crazy loud traffic noise all night long. Could not sleep during the stay.

Place was nice and clean. Rooms were a good size. The master was large enough that we could just use the cot instead of using the sofa bed. Bathrooms were fine, maybe more towels racks. The kitchen … worked fine, needs tongs and maybe an extra paper towel roll. We had to use the bath mat to cover the threshold as it was a trip hazard. Came with a few beach accessories that came in handy. The laundry room worked great, thank you for the ride pods. Only other tip would be if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs cause the adjacent hotel can be loud at night. Wall ac units are awesome. Thank you for the stay!

Great area! Cannot beat the convenience of just walking a block and into the ocean! Lots of restaurants to choose from. We like to run force Eric use and the path around the canal was a perfect almost 4 Mike loop from the condo. Toiletries provided! Pretty well stocked kitchen. Loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. No sharing. Plenty of space for 3 adults. Would consider 2 couples to return in the future. Very quiet, safe building! Nothing fancy. Met all of our needs! Loved having a parking spot! Communication with the owner was TOP! Very friendly, and answered texts quickly.

Only 20-30 min from HNL depending on time of day
Cons: balcony doors sticky and hard to close
Property is a bit older and corridors are a little musty

John and his property manager were delightful to work with throughout the entire VRBO process and provided excellent communication and directions.
The unit was perfect for our family of five for our week on Oahu. The location was extremely convenient and the included parking was a great feature.
We will certainly plan another stay in the future!
