Optimal sleep is yours each night in the posh primary bedroom which features tray ceilings and ambient lighting, a king-sized bed, and french doors that open to a private lanai. Furnished with an ultra-soft bed, the guest room has a ceiling fan, a dresser, and a small window to let in a refreshing breeze and just the right amount of light.
The additional guest bedroom is furnished with two cozy twin-sized beds and soft bedding. The closet offers plenty of storage space for clothes and other belongings, while the window and ceiling fan create cool air and refreshing breezes for an amazing night's sleep.
The guest bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms and features a large vanity and an abundance of plush towels. House is as shown in pictures. Everything we needed for our 5 weeks on the Big Island. Very spacious and comfortable. The pool and spa are actually larger than they look in pictures. Mahalo to Nick from Elite Property Management. Very responsive and helpful to work with!

We spent two weeks in this beautiful and quiet house. The house is located about 10 minutes from restaurant, grocery store. The view and the sunset from the lanai were stunning and we loved the peaceful atmosphere of the house. The jacuzzi and pool were so relaxing after a day exploring the island. And I have to add that Nick was so responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. It was for us a perfect experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Once you step onto the property, you cannot help but relax. With breathtaking views of the Pacific, rainbows morning and afternoon, picture perfect sunsets, and birds singing to you daily. We knew we’d be driving around the island to enter the water in different places, so we wanted a quiet house nestled in the hillside. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this house. The kitchen is well appointed and the pool/spa was a welcome respite from our daily drives around the island.
I would not hesitate one bit to rent this property again. I’m already thinking of when I can get back....

Kona 10 minutes away.
Enjoyed black sand beach and Hapuna Beach the best.

The house was amazing! Very comfortable beds, large kitchen, AMAZING views of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Close to town! Would definitely stay again.

This house was well worth renting. Less than 10 minutes to downtown kona, amazing views of the ocean. I absolutely loved the pool and spa. It was very relaxing! The kitchen is fully equipped. Very up scale, wish I could live there!

This property is just an 8 minute drive to downtown kona so it is close to all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores! Amazing views of the ocean, love the pool and spa, kitchen is fully equipped, use of garage is a plus! We tend to cook a lot and the kitchen is very spacious and has top of the line appliances. Very quiet neighborhood which made for a very relaxing vacation! House was very clean and properly maintained. Will stay here again!
