Cracked sink, countertops always looked dirty, shower curtain not clean. Response time good from third party management then maybe from owner but overall picture of bathroom deceiving so likely would not stay there again. There are lots of affordable places to stay in this location.

We enjoyed our stay. The elevators were a slow and one elevator was down. The pool could of used some umbrellas because there isn’t any shade to be had. The room was clean but could of used a few cleaning supplies for us to use to keep it clean during our 10 day stay. We did call and they brought us a broom and some extra garbage bags which helped. The iron in the unit did not work. We did enjoy our walks to Al Moana, the Hilton Wiakiki Village and to Waikiki beach.
