We are the Carrington Family, and the the Owners of Sugar Beach Resort #503 and #411- a unique corner unit, with ocean front and pool views.
We are looking forward to hosting you in our "Ocean Ohana" on the sand. We have considered our guests' needs in every detail, and want you to enter knowing our home is your home. We absolutely love Maui and also loved creating a fabulous place for you to spend your vacation.
Our RARE CORNER UNIT # 411 has had a beautiful renovation and now become one of the most popular units at SBR.

A One Bedroom featuring a CALIFORNIA KING BED WITH CRISPY WHITE LINENS AND A SUPER COMFORTABLE MATTRESS with new 4 in memory foam topper, One Full Bathroom with separate sink and LED vanity area, Super Comfy NEW QUEEN Sized Sleeper Sofa, and unstoppable OCEAN, BEACH, and MOUNTAIN VIEWS from both directions on the Lanai. Our luxury unit is perfectly located with great cross-breezes, and central air throughout the unit if you prefer. We have provided our favorite things for your enjoyment - all new bedding for both beds, protected mattresses with toppers and the softest high thread count linens, cotton sateen sheets that feel like silk and breathe like cotton, hypo allergenic pillows, plush bath towels, tropical hotel quality lanai furniture and a queen sized sleeper couch with a 6” tempurpedic mattress. Kitchen is fully stocked including a new cookware set, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Our condo also includes stackable washer and dryer, so you can start each day with clean dry beach towels. The Central A/C allows you full climate control (unusual in Maui condos), and of course fantastic Ocean and Beach views up and down the coast of Maui.
The condo has beautiful finishes, granite counters, and lighting fixtures with charging outlets. Enjoy the Modern Hawaiian decor, TVs in Living Room and Bedroom and wireless internet with lots of cable programming. The kitchen is stocked for those who like to cook and with all you need to hit the beach. We include the comforts of home, tupperware containers, beach towels, hair dryer and lots more. The complex has a beautifully maintained heated saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, oceanside BBQ’s and putting green. There is beach access right next to the condo with showers provided at the entrance to the beach. When you're ready to unwind from the beach, you can sit on the lounge chairs provided on the grassy area in front of the pool. We loved everything about our stay. The owner has thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is bright and beautifully decorated. The beds-even the pull out couch-are very comfortable. The view is excellent and the resort grounds are immaculately kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Our first visit to Kihei. Small clean condo with adequate kitchen. Building built in 70’s but maintained well. Nice view of pool and oceanfront. Pool was nice and not too crowded. The beach is amazing. Located a few miles from the downtown with many places to eat. Only downsides are street noise and being close to the elevators but we are sound sleepers. Make sure you get your entry codes downloaded in an area with adequate WiFi prior to arrival. Once WiFi established there is great connectivity. The owners were very attentive to any needs. Thank you, we’ll be back.

The condo was clean and remodeled, I loved the relaxing colors. The kitchen has everything, even an electric teapot that we appreciated. The owners were helpful, friendly, and easy to contact. The jacuzzi is great and large, and there is also a dry sauna by the pool. The sunsets are spectacular. You can walk along the beach to the nearby espresso cafe, it's by the canoe club. It's an easy drive to any part of the island.

The condo was perfect for us and very well equipped. The bed was soooo comfy and the cookware is great quality. The views of the beach are beautiful. We sat on the lanai early morning and ate dinner there when home. The location was great as we were off touring the island most days and it is central, also just 15 mins to airport. Perfect! Everyone we dealt with gave excellent service.Highly receommend!

Sugar Beach resort is in a centrally located area of Maui, so getting to Paia to start the Road to Hana was a breeze! The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and looked exactly like the pictures. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was amazing. The waves hitting the beach right in front of the condo was amazing. The local contact person was very responsive via email. We had a great first trip to beautiful Maui!

My husband and I were here for almost 2 weeks. This condo was in the perfect location, set away from hustle and bustle but close enough to anything and everything you may need. It had everything you may need in the kitchen as well as for your outings including chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We also thoroughly enjoyed the view from the lanai and hanging by the pool in the afternoons. 100% recommend this spot and hope to be back one day!
