The sea life is constantly on display and during whale season, you’ll experience the majestic presence of humpback whales who return home to Maui each year. Large green sea turtles call the area home and lively spinner dolphins and rare monk seals are frequently seen as well.

2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.

Absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for our family. It had all the appliances/amenities you could think of and more. The turtles were everywhere. The sound of crashing waves all day and night. Totally spectacular. It did have A/C, but in February it wasn’t an issue. I would totally stay there again. Grocery store and breakfast options were close.

The house was beautiful seemed very authentic Hawaii The location was incredible. The views from the house were so pretty. We were close to a shopping area and visited Lahaina often. We had a delicious dinner at Mamas Fish House (booked 6 months in advance) went snorkeling,, did the road to Hana, enjoyed beach time and rented kayaks and paddle boards. The ocean in front of the house was rough at times and it was difficult to get in the water from the rocks. We did see turtles and eels right in the rocks. There were a few minor issues but the property manager was very responsive. The two bedrooms downstairs did get warm but upstairs there was such a beautiful breeze which made it comfortable. The house sat at the point of an enclave of about 13 homes in a gated culdesac. We loved our stay at the house and are looking forward to returning

We used our stay of almost four weeks to celebrate our 35th anniversary and we had a great time. The views across the channels to Molokai and Lanai are unmatched and ever changing. Snorkeling with the tropical fish and sea turtles just off the back of the house never gets old. Maybe a two month stay next time!

This house is beyond a dream come true, with the cool breeze off the ocean at night and the soothing sound of the waves it was amazing. The pool table was a big hit and the large living room gave us plenty of space to celebrate a wonderful family Christmas.

We had our family of 9 adults, that were traveling for a week and debated on a large house vs a few condos. This was definitely the right choice for our family to wine, dine and socialize together. The 5 bedrooms were spacious and the home location is outstanding. The views and waterfront were spectacular to spend with our large group. A few minor issues were fixed quickly with a call to our host but this was well worth the price and will be part of our family memories forever. We enjoyed the sauna, pool table, sundecks, ocean front yard, kitchen and were close to the local town grocery store. Our excursions included Helicopter Rides, Surf Lessons, Luau, Rappel Maui, Sunset Cruise, Mopeds, Beach days, and hiking, but the Snorkeling was everyones favorite with an over-abundance of turtles and fish. Fabulous.

I’ve been to Napili 40+ times, and generally stayed at the Napili Surf. This was better in every way…..more room/family could be together/OUR BBQ and long deck/unbeatable view. This is the first one of these I’ve ever written, and it’s because this place fit my family and me perfectly. A REALLY cool thing is that the house has so many things already there: board games, books, kitchen supplies, spices, tour books, fishing poles, rafts, etc. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back.
