This is a beautifully remodeled unit. You can escape into your air conditioned large 1 bedroom home that has very nice finishes and a large out door patio. Located near the "Triangle" famous for its restaurants, lively bars, gift shops. Near grocery stores, shopping, and parks. The beach is wonderful for taking classes to learn how to surf, play sand volleyball, or watch the amazing sunsets. This is the perfect unit for you. Relax by the pool and enjoy the wonderful sunset in the evening.

Kalama Terrace is located in beautiful South Maui where rain is a rarity - almost assuring you of a warm, sunny vacation. We're only a 30 minute drive from the airport so within a very short time from your arrival on Maui, you can be beach strolling, sunning, swimming and just enjoying the tropical setting of our beautiful island home. And, since 'our' beach faces the western horizon, you will enjoy some of the most memorable, awe-inspiring sunsets you will see anywhere.

We provide all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Our condo has a fully stocked Kitchen, Bathroom with tub and shower, Queen sized pillow-topped bed, Full sized sofa sleeper, all linens, A/C, a 26' flat screen TV/Cable, high speed WiFi. We also provide a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and a 'Maui Revealed' book to help you plan your days' adventures.

Our complex is a short 2 block scenic walk south to Charley Young Beach, one of the nicest beaches on Maui for swimming, sunning or snorkeling with an ambiance of old Hawaii. Adjoining Charley Young to the south is Kamaole I Beach which has a volley ball court, BBQ grills and a long stretch of sandy strolling beach, then continuing south are Kamaole II and III. All have lifeguards on duty during the day. To make your beach trips more enjoyable, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a portable cooler awaiting your use in the unit. Sorry no snorkeling gear.

The pool and BBQ area will be closed for maintenance from September 9 -13, 2024.
Power washing will be completed October 17 - 18, 2024. Exterior painting of the building will be done from October 21 - November 15, 2024....
