Perfectly centralized spot for the island. We could walk to restaurants and shops with ease. Check in and out was a piece of cake. The place was nice and clean and even had some beach stuff we could use. Overall great experience.

It was perfectly fine, except the upstairs shower has some issue where the hot water is just a trickle, so it is unusable. Luckily, the second bathroom downstairs has a shower, but it is not as convenient.

Great location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. There is one designated covered parking spot next to the building.
There is no A/C, but several fans available. The washer and dryer are very small, but worked well.
The property management company is not available by phone or text outside of business hours.

We were very pleased with the condo. Great location - close to water, restaurants and shops. It was well outfitted with supplies - dishes, linens - even beach toys. The only slight negative was the the washer didn't not work well and the dryer left the contents damp. We were told these are being replaced. Management was responsive to inquiries and very helpful. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Everything was good except the washer and dryer. It took so long for the clothes to get dry, not normal.
