The Hawaii Convention Center is within walking distance. Close by is Ala Moana Park, Hawaii's largest beach park, and many recreational opportunities.
The Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam is an easy 20-30 minute commute either by Nimitz Highway or Freeway.

This two bedroom, two bath residence with 200 sq.ft. lanai is elegantly finished with African mahogany cabinetry, Brazilian granite countertops, Viking Professional Series appliances, and a generous walk-in closets in the master bedroom There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The laundry center is located in the apartment.

This is a lower floor unit that features floor-to-ceiling sliding windows in all rooms, providing access to a 227 square foot lanai running the entire length of the residence. Views are to the West and the Ala Wai canal and harbor and take advantage of the prevailing breezes and dramatic sunsets. The second bedroom can be utilize as a home office.
