Loved the location and property overall. Was clean, close to the beach and easy to get in and out of the property. Paul was wonderful and easy to get ahold of. We loved our time here and would absolutely return.

We loved everything about the property. The place was impeccable and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. Easy access to parking and walking distance to Waikiki beach. Paul (property manager) was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed for many years at the Embassy Beachwalk next door for its location to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Waikiki but I got tired of paying for the breakfasts that my kids never woke up in time for and the managers special that only I took advantage of. So I researched and found this gem. First, check-in was easy, Paul the onsite manager was super helpful and met us and walked us to the unit to show us the ropes. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures, everything is upgraded from the stainless steel kitchen appliances to the rain shower head and Toto bidet. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and living room keep things nice and cool throughout. Beds were comfortable, and towels are nice and fluffy and ample beach towels are included. Having a laundry unit (in the master bedroom) is so convenient for keeping clothes clean and they even include laundry pods. In the storage closet is a bunch of beach gear you can borrow, including tatami mats, floaties, a rolling cooler, etc. The unit itself is very quiet and we never heard any noise from neighbors. Parking is offsite in a gated lot but fairly close and i was always able to find open spots. Location is great, next to Arancinos Beachwalk for great Italian and Ginza Bairin tonkatsu, and a nice shaved ice place on the first floor and Henry's across the street, plus ABC stores and a Longs Drugs all within easy walking distance. I would definitely consider coming back to this unit in the future.

Very clean and updated unit in an older building in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants etc. The included parking is just a few minute walk from building which is rare in that area! Paul was excellent and personally met us for check in.

This property was perfectly located for us. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Everything was a block or two away. We rented a car so the provided parking was a huge plus!

No real complaints. One bedroom has no closet. So my granddaughter lived out of her suitcase . Kitchen could be better equipped 1 pot of coffee for a 4 day stay caused a grocery run.
Overall location was easy walking to everything we needed while there.
Could use a new sofa. It was Clean but no support. .

This condo was clean and comfortable, with a good amount of space for my family of four. Location was excellent, on a street which is quiet but also centrally located. Free parking was great. Very helpful to have the washer, dryer, kitchen, and sampling of beach equipment. Only minor downside about the location is that Fort DeRussy Beach is rather rocky... Property manager Paul was very pleasant and helpful. We had a small problem with the Wifi going out but it was resolved promptly... Suggestion for improvement: Keep a pool float pump in the unit. There were a couple of floaties in the closet, but they were slightly deflated so the pump would have come in handy. Having those floaties on hand is a huge plus because they cost quite a bit to rent!

This property worked great for our needs. Good access to the beach and downtown retail core. Easy access to parking and good communication with property management. Plus as an added bonus a shave ice place in the same building.
