Downstairs Master: King bed with spa-like ensuite and lanai doors to pool and hot tub spa
Main Floor Bedroom: Queen bed with adjacent bath
Downstairs 3rd bedroom: Two TwinXL or combine as a King with gel topper
Downstairs 4th bedroom: Two Full-size
A Rollaway Cot can be provided for an 11th (Suitable for a child)
The airy open-concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people. The outdoor dining table can seat 8 with 3 around the expansive kitchen countertop. The large, comfy sleeper sectional and chair are perfect for lounging, watching a movie or the big game, or just relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect place to hang out together, playing games, listen to music on the sound-bar, or relax with a movie.
The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area with seating for 6 is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.
The downstairs lanai, the pool area, is where the fun begins and ends each day. Enjoy an early morning dip in the pool, or soothe your sore muscles after a day snorkeling, paddle boarding or hiking, or for celebrating that win at tennis or golf. Enjoy the sound of the chirping birds, the splish-splash of the grandchildren in the pool, or the laughter of friends relaxing on the lanai.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

We are an active family and it was so great to have the bikes (helmets & locks), beach stuff (towels, snorkels, fins, other tooys), and access to the beach club! We loved riding to get coffee and breakfast in the morning, and in the evenings we could walk, ride our bikes or have a quick drive to four lovely resorts/restaurants. Exceptionally well-equioed kitchen and nice barbeque on the patio, Quiet location. Nice pool. Good pillows! We would definitely stay again.

Nice location…perfect for family gatherings with abundant space…adequately equipped. INADEQUATE audiovisual set up with antiquated wands that do not mesh well together. POOR cable selection…high school sports, surfing channels BUT NO GOLF CHANNEL! NO ACCESS to APPS such as You Tube TV

Fantastic property ... I was initially hesitant because of the "heap of dirt" which showed up in pictures separating the house and the golf course. I assumed it to be construction debris. Once I reached there, I realized that well these are part of natural landscape (largely lava flow from eons ago). Just adding this clarification as it might turn off some folks who are making decision just based on pictures.

We absolutely loved our time here, the house and surrounding area couldn’t be more perfect! We love that we could walk to the pool, hot tub, workout area. We had three families and it worked out perfectly with a space. Thank you again for the wonderful accommodation! It was also perfect with the pack n play and twin beds for kids.

At first thought this listing was too good to be true. The place was exactly as shown in photos and with accurate description. Home is fully stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for families with children. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others. I say go for it and book this place asap!

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Villa, but will say you need to fix or replace the dishwasher. It smelled like mold from the dry cycle not working. Dishes were still wet after cycle completed.
We had an issue with the pool but your staff took care of it immediately. lost twos day of hot tub use due to cold water temp, but didn't stop us from using the pool.
