It’s important to know that this is a timeshare condominium which I own 14 weeks at . Since it’s a timeshare condominium I can rent out multiple weeks for the same time as long as the space is available.

This is a One bedroom Two bathrooms with full kitchen and can sleep up to 6. The bedroom has a Queen bed, TV , private bathroom and Lanai with chairs and table. Comes with a Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, toaster, full set of dishes, cups, utensils and Dinning table for 6 . Living area has a full Murphy bed, Queen sleeper sofa , chairs and Lanai with chairs and table. Your room will have a laptop safe, beach towel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hairdryer. You will have two days of maid service and daily garage pick up. The Imperial has a private heated rooftop pool with lounge chairs, chairs, tables, ice machine and bathroom. The 3rd floor has coin- op laundry. The 2nd floor has gym, sauna, hot tubs and house keeping where you can check out kitchen items and exchange towels. Off the lobby is computers with printers, 24 hr Denny’s restaurant and a ABC grocery/ variety store with a full deli. If you need parking they have Valet parking. $70 TAT TAX and $100 security deposit will be changed at check in.

The Imperial is 100 ft from Waikiki beach in the Waikiki beach walk area of Waikiki beach. Beach Walk is a UP SCALE area with 5 STAR hotels, restaurants , shops, cafes and boutiques.
So fine dinning and shops are within easy walking distance of your stay....

Stayed for 9 days with family. The location is really good, very close to the beach, as well as malls and restaurants. Outside it may seem very busy, but that did not affect us at all due to the convenience of the valet parking, and the apartment being situated many floors above, which meant that there was no noise at all. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Overall, the staff of the building is very professional and courteous. Finally, communication with the host was great, and check in and check out process was very easy. I would book this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone who travels to Honolulu.

Just returned from Waikiki, had the best time. Communication and Location were excellent. The rooms were great, had everything you needed. Made use of the Managers lounge for free cocktails and ukulele lessons. Will definitely stay again, Thankyou.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little smaller than we thought but we made it work. The staff were very nice but checkin took forever. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. But the place needs updating and a deep cleaning to get five stars. The owners were super helpful and took care of any problems ASAP. Overall a nice vacation spot!
