Location, location, location! Located directly across the street from White Sands Beach, locally called Magic Sand Beach for its ever-shifting sand. It is also a very short walking distance from Pahoehoe Beach.
You will love the views of both mountains and beach from the covered lanai. Features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central air conditioning, free WIFI and located on the 2nd floor. Primary bedroom offers a King bed, TV, direct lanai access and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed & a TV.

This complex provides a gorgeous pool, spa, four barbecue grills, and a game room with pool table. Step across Ali'i Drive to White Sands beach and experience body surfing or just lay on the warm white sand and enjoy the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.
Minimum night varies seasonally, 4 -10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.

The location is convenient, free parking and great amenities, plus a beach across the street. The condo was comfortable, roomy, and beautifully decorated. I would love to return to the unit one day.

Amazingly comfortable beds !!! Cable on every tv in every room ! (I know in Hawaii but I wind down with tv) š¤£
Well stocked kitchen !! Laundry in unit !
Right on Aliāi drive so quick jaunt to shops n restaurants ! We dive so it was nice being close(bout 15-20 min) to harbor n dive boat every morning !! Great parking !!

The condo was beautifully renovated and decorated. Had all accessories we needed in condo, for beach and pool. Location to shops & restaurants was great. White Sand (Magic Sands) was directly across road. So handy. We went every day plus the pool too. Loved having a kitchen, lanai and washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures were accurate. The unit is recently renovated. It has easy access to a nice beach across the street and it is a short drive down Aliāi to the main drag for restaurants and shopping. We would stay again if we came back to the big island.
One note: When we were there, the registration with the main complex office was just filling out a form that is located outside of the office and then putting it in the mailbox. If you arrive after 4pm and the office is closed, you can still run over to the office and complete the registration that evening if you donāt plan on being around much the next day.

The updates condo was perfect! Everything we needed was at the condo. Beach access right across the street. Restaurants and shops not too far a drive down the road. It was great!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Very well done recent remodel, perfectly stocked with all the kitchen accessories you need, beds are super comfortable, condo property amenities were great, dedicated covered parking was a plus. Condo location across from popular white sand beach and near shopping and restaurants couldnāt have been better. We loved everything about it and only wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was amazing! it is super clean and appears to be professionally decorated and furnished. Great location. And also had what we called a magic box on the lanai ā¦it contained boogie boards fishing poles snorkel gear beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler,

Great property location in front of popular Magic Sand Beach. Inside remodel was very tasteful with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations. Good cookware, utensils, other kitchenware. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and first aid kit (smart). Provided umbrella, boogie board and snorkel gear were handy. Community pool and BBQ facilities were nice. On-site manager email address was returned for invalid address, was only down point. Definitely recommend.
