This place is in an excellent spot to walk to the beach, restaurants or a convenience store. The unit was pretty well equipped with most things you might want to use and the air conditioning worked well. There was an intermittent high pitched noise coming from the light in the bathroom (which I thought may have been a fire an alarm running low on battery). That was a pretty annoying but I just shut the door. The water pressure was good and the host was easy going and responsive. Be aware, you do need to bring your own shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc., I think this unit was a good value and I would stay here again.

This is a very nice rental but could use a good deep cleaning. The rental was clean and ready for use but slightly shabby bathroom, with a very leaky tub faucet. Amenities were great with laundry soap, shampoo, etc. and some staples (including coffee and filters) in the kitchen and frig. This is a good location to this part of Kihei and the beach for excellent sunsets. However, being in Building 1 there was more traffic noise than we expected. Fortunately, it was less after 10:00 pm so sleeping was fine. Communication with the owner was great and it is a rental we would consider again.

Good location with the beach right across the street and multiple dining options close by. It was also easy to drive to other places around Maui for day trips from the condo. We had everything we needed inside the condo--from cookware to beach towels and extra tote bags. Jason was great at communicating with us and answering our questions quickly.

We spent 12 days and it was perfect. Clean, well stocked home and quiet. Great location a quick 3 min walk to the Beach. 5 min walk to surf at the cove or have happy hour downtown Kihei. Super easy check in and out Jason was quick to respond with any question. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to come stay again.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment.
It was a quiet area next to the sea.
Maybe switch to a new (not dirty) toaster.
But all-in-all it was a great stay.
