Private Beach House 425 just had brand new A/C installed. It is a beautifully upgraded 2nd floor end unit with nice vaulted ceilings, extra windows with superior air flow, and a lush private garden view in building #41 of the ocean front Kiahuna Plantation Resort. This condo is fully furnished with brand new furniture, floors and lighting throughout. It has a new upgraded sliding glass door. We just installed a 55 inch big screen tv on the wall in the dining room. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully open to the living room and dining room. The bathroom is all upgraded and includes a travertine walk in shower. The bedroom has brand new furniture, floors, lighting, and a new King size mattress. There is a brand new queen pull out sofa sleeper in the living room as well. This property sits on 35 acres of lush, tropically landscaped grounds. You are a short three minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. This property has the following amenities, a heated pool with waterslide, hot tub, various athletic courts, a fitness center at the point Beach athletic club which you will get to use as part of your stay. The property is equipped with several new stainless steel gas barbecues close to the unit. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the resort. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful condo and it’s surroundings on Poipu’s nicest beach. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. There will be a charge of $35 at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, trash removal, new linens, and a vacuum. Stays of 11 nights to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at checkout. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will have to contact the Outrigger front desk. They will email you after hours check in instructions. Their number is 808-742-6411. We had a fabulous time at KP 425! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally appointed, and so comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony so much! Loved the short walk to the beach and to the athletic center/hot tub and the short drive to fabulous restaurants. The owner was incredibly responsive the one time I contacted him. I can’t wait to return!

The condo worked out great and surpassed our expectations. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, area was quiet, with a short walk to the beach. We BBQed three times and each time the grills were sparkling clean, not all grimy/greasy like you sometimes see. The resort grounds were well maintained with friendly staff. We appreciated the boggy board, beach chairs and umbrella which we used almost daily! I would highly recommend and plan on staying in this exact condo next time I’m we are in Kauai. (Hopefully next year!). Thank you!

Great end unit that is updated and clean. Had chairs, umbrella and boggy board to use. Close to all amenities but without the high price of on the beach stay.

We stayed for a week in March and the condo was amazing. The condo was clean and well furnished, just as described in the listing. Location was great, a five minute walk to the beach. The pull out sofa bed worked perfectly for my daughter. The beach gear was much appreciated. We loved the open windows and birds every morning but that may not be for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again!

The whole property that this location is on is very nice and has fantastic vegetation to see. That being said, this unit is one of the furthest away from the beach and looks onto another hotel. Great inside but the view and location are just ok.

Smelled like the previous tenants had cleaned fish or crab in the sink and it took a bit of time for that to subside. It would be helpful to have a map to the check in location. Also, washer and dryer are available but not in unit.

We came for a well earned rest, and Darin's condo was perfect. Loved the lanai, breezes, quiet, out of the traffic, so we truly rested. Poipu beach was so much fun! The gym was great too. We ejoyed that every day. Darin was so responsive, beyond expectations. Would come back for sure.
