Garden Paradise Beach House #50 is a beautiful remodeled air conditioned ground floor corner unit garden paradise view Condo. My wife and I just bought this condo in February 2025. We cannot wait to share our newly renovated condo with you. This beautiful condo sits in the center of the property in building 10. This ocean front property sits right on Poipu Beach. You will love the open concept remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is furnished with with high end utility knives and steak knives, professional pots and pans, a full set of Pyrex bowls and cooking dishes, a Keurig one cup/12 cup combo coffee maker that takes pods or grounds, coffee grinder, French press, four slice Cuisinart toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, asparagus steamer,cookie sheets, and every cooking utensil you could need. We just bought brand new living room, dining room and bedroom furniture along with a brand new high-end king size Kingsdown mattress. The living room has a brand new queen size pullout couch and two brand new recliner chairs. we just installed a brand new 65 inch TV on the wall above the brand new dining room table. we installed three new ceiling fans with lights in the living room, bedroom, and one above the bathroom sink. The condo has a perfectly framed view of the twin bridges, large monkey pod tree, and lush green lawn facing south west towards the sunset looking through the new double door sliding glass door. The bathroom has been redone with a beautiful cabinet, countertop,and sink. The bathroom has a brand new tall toilet and a nice walk-in shower with glass doors. This condo has extra windows with great ventilation being it’s an end unit. The lanai has brand new tile, a new Tropitone table with four chairs, and two new Tropitone lounge chairs with pads and a side table. We will have new photos of the in progress renovation uploaded by April 10th 2025. Building 10 unit 50 is in a perfect location on property. You are a two minute walk to the great Lawn, which sits right on Poipu Beach. Here you will find the beach hut where you get your towels, snorkel rentals, and surfboard rentals. They have lounge chairs and chairs you can take to the beach. The Condo sits just across the driveway from the resort laundromat. It is a three minute walk to the Marriott and the restaurant Red Salt, which is located in the Ko’a kea resort. There are restaurants, Starbucks, coffee, and shopping directly across the street. The Poipu Athletic Club has a full gym, swimming pool, and hot tub that you will be allowed to use free of charge with your stay. There is a restaurant and bar at the club as well. If you have a larger group looking for another condo we own Blue Ocean View 172 which is an ocean view condo in the same resort just steps away from this condo. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $268.00 plus tax at the time of checkout by the Outrigger Front Desk. There will be a charge of $35 at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, trash removal, new linens, and a vacuum. Stays of 11 nights to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at checkout.
