Perfectly located within a short walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park, stroll up to Keauhou shopping center for a movie, dining or shopping, Keauhou has a golf course and other ocean sports activities are within a short drive. The condo features central air-conditioning, free WIFI and as with any KCV rental, free concierge services!
The kitchen is spacious with vaulted ceilings and opens to a well-lit dining and great room area. It is fully equipped to handle your cooking needs and includes stainless appliances, soft-close cabinets and granite counter tops.
A great benefit to this property is that all bedrooms have en-suite baths. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, TV and access a private lanai. The second bedroom has 2 twins that can be converted into a King bed upon request and for a fee. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a King bed, TV & an en-suite shower. This home is fully furnished, every detail is ready for you.
Property amenities include a pool, hot tub and fitness facility, a pavilion by the pool with a kitchen, gas grill, and entertaining area.
Minimum night varies seasonally 7 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no are pets allowed.

We stayed in the house 10 days with 6 people. It worked perfectly for us. The location was beautiful and quiet. The kids loved the pool. It was clean and decorated in a warm, Hawaiian style. The house was equipped with a good supply of beach gear, which was a welcome surprise. It also had a wide assortment of amenities like placemats and cloth napkins, small kitchen appliances, zip lock bags, coolers....every time we thought we needed some little thing, we looked around, and sure enough, it was tucked in some drawer or cupboard. We had a small issue with the screen door to the outside being off it's track and unable to be closed. We called the manager and it was fixed within a few hours. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

Beautiful view and spacious rooms! We’re a family of five and had more than enough room to spare. The concierge service was extremely helpful and gave us so many activities to choose from. Inside the garage, there were plenty of beach supplies and the kitchen was stocked with everything but fun. There was also a great community pool to relax in a watch the sunset.
Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back again.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the owners really took a lot of effort to make sure they had the kitchen well equipped and lots of extras thrown in(beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc.) Very nice -would definitely rent again if we ever come back! We have been to the islands many times and always stay in nice places. This time everyone commented that this place was the nicest. Absolutely spotless, not one bug, and all the extra touches were really appreciated. From beach chairs, to coolers and umbrellas, everything needed for a great family vacation is on site. The property itself is perfectly maintained and we used the gym several days…not a lot of equipment but enough to offset some extra desserts and shaved ice. We would absolutely stay there again.

We really enjoyed out stay at this condo. The AC worked wonderfully and every room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything looked and felt new. Amenities were great as well- everything from beach chairs, toys for kids and coolers. The location was good for manta ray snorkel, boat tour to Captain Cook, and walking distance to KTA market.

We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Great rental unit. Good design on the layout, plenty of room for 5 of us. Pool is less than a 5 minute walk from the unit. Great ocean view from the lanai and really nice landscaping throughout the whole complex. We are especially appreciative of the extras in the garage, very thoughtful. One of my kids had an issue with his snorkel gear that we brought, but we were able to borrow from the beach gear. Very thoughtful!
