Experience the exquisite natural beauty of the Big Island. This beautiful custom home built in 2014 is located in an extremely quiet community 5 minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. There are spectacular views of both the ocean and mountains.

There are 5+ private bedroom suites surrounding a saltwater pool and a huge central lanai complete with a bar, BBQ grill/griddle and big screen TV – great for gathering and sunset dining.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets from almost anywhere in the house.
Each suite has a private bath and private entrance.
1 suite has a queen bed, queen sofa bed in a separate room, living room, full kitchen, laundry, 1.5 bathrooms, and private lanai
1 suite has 2 queen beds plus a full futon couch and large living room area. It has a private balcony perfect for watching amazing Kona sunsets.

2 suites have a queen bed in each and a large lanai for sunset views and stargazing.

In addition, there is our Surfer cottage which has a private screened bedroom with a full futon and the best views on the entire property. There is a private half bath with an outdoor shower. Enjoy the sunset and the stars around your own private fire pit.

There is one additional cottage available on site with 2 queen beds, private bath and private courtyard (additional charge for this separate cottage)

The estate is full of banana trees, citrus trees, pineapples, herbs, and vegetables. You are welcome to pick whatever is ripe.

The house is close, approximately 1.5 miles, to a variety of activities for you and your guests to utilize, this includes beaches like Kahaluu Beach Park and White Sands Beach: major department stores and boutiques, and dining choices range from fast food to fine dining restaurants.

You and your guests will never want to leave!
