The condo was clean and had all the amenities promised. It was nice to have a "welcome Package" with coffee pack, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap pods, paper towels, salt and pepper. the shower had good water pressure. The toilet is lower so if you have bad knees it could be difficult getting off of it. The beds were very comfortable. The one bed was very close to the closet making it hard to access the closet. There was a small dresser in the closet that we did not use because it was difficult to get into. There were two beach chairs and umbrella available for beach use, four beach towels and linen for for people. The lotions and shampoos travel size smelled great. The furnature was all comfortable. The parking garage has low clearance so be mindful of that if renting a vehicle. My biggest complaint is waiting for the elevators. There were several times where I was waiting 10min to get on the elevator because every time it would stop it was already full of people. They are currently doing some renovations so that may get better when they are done. The Banyan is only a short walk from Waikiki beach, Honolulu zoo, and many shopping and dinning options. The manager of the property was nice. He was available when I had any questions and responded quickly to my messages.

Overall the place was just as described, with a great location and comfortable lodgings. The checkin process was a little confusing, with instructions given to call when arriving at the airport, but the line never picked up. Besides that checking in was simple, the parking was very helpful and the stay was very enjoyable

Property, condo and parking were overall great!
The condo management team was great at giving us directions, instructions and following up on questions about the condo.
Unit served it's purpose without any important issues and we liked that it was closed to the beach and other businesses after a short walk.
It could use some upgrading with the sofa bed, but that's pretty much it.
Beds were comfortable and A/C unit worked great!
We definitely would recommend!

The property was pretty close to what it was advertised for. The space is clean and the queen beds were comfortable. There was enough utensils, dinnerware, cups, mugs, pots and pans in the kitchen. The bathroom could have used a bit of updating. The room location is nice and close to the elevators, which is a plus. The elevators themselves on the other hand, was very slow and normally very full and you would either have to squeeze into an already crowded elevator, wait for a few more to come through or use the stairs. We recommend this unit for people with families, we have 2 kids ages 9 & 12 and there was enough space for us all. It also overlooks the courtyard so I can still monitor my kids from within the unit while they are playing on the playground.

My friends and I stayed in August 2024 and had a great time! The property was true to the listing and it was in a good location. Communication with the property manager was very clear and efficient. If you're parking on the premises, be aware that you can park on the 5th floor but there isn't any guaranteed Tower Two entrance, as I think the door is closed after a certain time so you'll have to walk down to the 4th floor.
We were 2 blocks away from the beach, and an ABC Store a block away. We were in good walking distance from a lot of good eating places (highly recommend Maguro Spot and the Musubi Cafe!!) and shopping areas.
We were very happy with our stay and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo with it's two queen sized beds was perfect for our family of four so no one needed to sleep on the sofa bed. The walk to the beach was also really short. Except for some waits for an elevator, we had a very pleasant stay. Luckiest, the condo is on a lower floor so sometimes we parked on the 5th deck and used the stairs to go to and from the garage.

Great Stay, Great view of the pool, clean and comfortable. Prime location close to everything. Less then a 5 min walk to the beach. Couldve used a few things in the condo, no ice chest or big pans to cook in also couldve used extra towels. But honestly we would stay there again. The price was fantastic and it was very easy to get into the property.

We had a very nice stay at the Waikiki Banyan for two days while we were in Waikiki for a Blue Note performance. The room was clean and had adequate furniture. The view was on the ocean side (no ocean seen) and had a nice view of the pool and picnic area.

We had a wonderful time, only 2 issues. 1. Footboard on beds, we have bruises on our legs from running into the corners. 2. Dryer down the hall does not dry clothes after $7.50 still damp. But other then those 2 things it was great.
