*Starting Late May 2024 through December 2024 - There may be periods of intermittent noise associated with ground floor store front units. They are undergoing a renovation which includes some demolition periods. The condo is on the 4th floor so there may or may not be any noise at certain periods of time from 8am - 4:30pm. Our nightly rates have been discounted to reflect this potential period of time.

ALSO, please be advised that the entire front parking lot will be closed starting Wednesday May 15th 2024 for the start of the phase 2 construction project. Please be sure to have any vehicle removed from the front lot by 7am Wednesday morning as it will be chained locked and closed at that time.
