We are a family of 7 adults. The house was very comfortable for all. We shared many meals on the lanai. The complex is very nice and the beach club has great swimming beach

Loved the area. Great access/ parking for taking toddlers to beach club. Foodland was a daily visit for amazing Poke. Beds and linens were great. Any small issues had resolutions within hours. Thanks for a super location and amenities.

The townhouse was just as advertised. The local pool is close and great. The private beach area was easy to access and really nice. It is also well located to reach other beaches in destinations. 10 out of 10 would come back. The host was always available and timely, which was much appreciated!

We had two families 10 people total. We really enjoyed the pool and the private beach area. The location was great. Lots to do nearby yet not among the more touristy area of Kona. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful house!! Suited our needs perfectly, the house was roomy and gave everyone enough space. The beach items in the garage were perfect and made the trip so much easier. If I could make one suggestion maybe up tick the temperature on the hot water tank so we could take a hotter baths. But overall 10/10!!

Very clean and very quiet. great location. Accommodated 8 people with no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. Very nice layout. The pool and hot tub is only a 2 min walk from the house. The private beach was excellent with great snorkeling. Garage had all the snorkel gear we needed. We highly recommend and would stay here again if/when we come back to the big island.

We had a very relaxing and fun family get-away at this amazing property! The kitchen was well-equipped and the entire place was furnished to comfortably accommodate 10 of us! We especially loved the open kitchen and only wished there were more chairs to accommodate more of us around the kitchen island. We enjoyed the 3 bicycles, gas grill, and entrance to the special beach. In addition, the owner was very responsive to our questions. It was a weekend to remember!!
