Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: 2 reserved parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite
Hot Tub: Yes onsite.
No Air Conditioning: No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans
BBQ: Community BBQ near the pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV’s located in Living Room and all bedrooms

Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Access: There is no elevator. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor
Paniolo Greens K208 is on the 2nd floor of the K Building. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor (no elevator). Paniolo Greens is located in the in the foothills above the Kohala Coast in the town of Waikoloa Village in the Waikoloa Villas complex. A short 15 minute drive away, enjoy the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay which offers many water-sports from this picturesque beach along with the very popular restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club. Water sports include windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, whale watching trips, etc. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We booked a few nights here in between stays elsewhere. The village is up the hill a few miles off the highway, was fairly quiet. We had an issue with our code when we got there, I’m assuming maybe the housekeeper had an issue resetting the code because the sliding glass door was left unlocked, and it’s how we got in. The lack of customer service with a quick phone call was disappointing, I had to leave voicemails and emails and wait for a response, which we did get about 30 minutes or so after contact. When we entered, the condo felt like what I imagine the surface of hell feels like. I knew that there was no A/C in the unit, which did concern me a bit, but I figured it would probably be okay with all the trade winds. I will say, at night if you leave the windows and doors open it cools down substantially and feels lovely, but when the sun hits the back of the condo between the hours of 2pm to sunset, it’s extremely uncomfortable. I would suggest they add a window unit or portable unit for the living room and it would make a huge difference. Kitchen well stocked, and remodeled. Bathrooms were updated and each room had one, which was awesome. Beds in each bedroom upstairs were comfy, my dad used the sofa bed downstairs and said it was fine. TVs in each room with great selection. Living room couch probably on its last legs, it was wobbly as was dining area bench. The only complaint I had was the floors were absolutely filthy, I ended up buying cheap flops to wear inside.

The. rooms were roomie and nice to have bathrooms with each BR. Close to Waikoloa Beach Resort and town of Waimea. Furniture a bit dated but we’ll equipped kitchen. Overall relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This condo is very beautiful and they have it stocked well! The kitchen has plenty of supplies which made preparing meals easy. The two upstairs rooms are very roomy and the beds are comfortable. The 3rd bedroom on the main level is smaller with a pullout bed, but did the job just fine. Three bathrooms is so nice! The beach supplies are awesome!
The only complaint we had was that it wasn’t cleaned well. It has the general appearance of clean but on closer inspection we found hair in our bedding, false eyelashes in the master sink, and the tile floors turned the bottoms of our feet brown. The floors just hadn’t been mopped before we came. There is no AC and there were some very warm nights that were pretty miserable.
It is a beautiful condo, but it needs a deep clean. The carpet on the stairs, the tile floors, the area rugs, and the couch and chairs could use it. A few portable fans or a small window AC unit would be a great investment for this property.
In all, I’d still recommend this condo, it’s lovely!

The recent renovation of this property shines as the amenities and furniture were all as described. One callout is this property does not have AC so prepare accordingly. A few evenings were quite hot and humid which made sleeping uncomfortable. But otherwise, this property is top-notch. Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed the views and location… Pacific Ocean with Island Sunsets to Lava Fields that look like Savannas… comfortable beds, nice kitchen, plenty of room for families.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. Check in was challenging due to not receiving the email to allow us to check in, but after calling multiple numbers we were finally able to be let in. It was gorgeous and had plenty of space to relax

Check-in and check-out was so easy! The accomodations were great. We loved the wild turkeys that hung out in the parking lots. It was a well stocked condo. I brought my own Ninja but to my surprise they had one there. All kinds of cooking pans and utensils. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Great.

We chose this location because my brother in law and his wife already had reservations at Paniolo Greens. I was concerned the distance to the beach would be a problem. It never was. We had a great time and really loved the accommodations.
