Located oceanfront and at the center of the resort, Papakea F306 is a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath condo that sleeps four guests. New stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, lighting and furniture. New bamboo laminate flooring, whisper-quiet ceiling fans, and those wonderful ocean breezes. The bathroom features Kohler fixtures with high-end tile, a spotless walk-in shower and new pocket door for privacy. Entertainment includes new smart TVs in both living area and bedroom, equipped with cable and complimentary 5G WiFi.
You'll stay cool with a new split AC in both the living area and bedroom, with iWave-M technology that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable King size bed with a new mattress. A pull-out queen-sized sofa sleeper is available for additional guests.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking.
The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to both Ka'anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses.
There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy turtle and dolphin spotting and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.
NOTE: We also own a studio (F207) in the same building if additional space is needed for family or friends.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay, along with a brand-new washer/dryer combo. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

There were some minor inconveniences inside the unit but I brought it to the attention of front desk upon departure. But not enough to drop it from Five Star!!

The 9 days my husband and I spent at this absolutely gorgeous condo was perfect in every way. The view, incredible! The sunsets, spectacular! The resort, paradise! I must mention the daybed on the lanai…perfect for reading, relaxing or napping all while listening to the surf just below. Our expectations were exceeded on every level. This physical space was nice despite a few issues (lights not turning off, garbage disposal broken) and the location was great. Our biggest issue was the zero communication from the My Perfect Stays team once we arrived. It felt like you were pushing us into the unit ahead of time and then didn't care what happened once we arrived. Very poor management experience.

Everywhere we have stayed in our 15+ visits to the islands has had our mandatory “beautiful view.” Everywhere we have stayed had good reviews and mostly accurate descriptions and pictures. From the cleanliness to the comfortable and pleasing furnishings and decor to the equipment included, every aspect of this unit will be remembered as exceptional.

This well-appointed, beachfront condo was perfect for our week in Maui. We’ve stayed in this basic area (just north of Kaanapali) four times before, and once before at the Papakea. This was before the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The owners must have done a fairly recent renovation. The kitchen had great appliances, and was well-stocked with pots, plans, and even a few starter items like coffee and filters. The Papakea property is a friendly low-key resort. Family-friendly, but also quiet. The condo is right on the waterfront and the views of Molokai (and Lanai to the left) were amazing. We went in January and sat in the balcony and watched whales breach. The neighborhood is great, a couple miles north of Lahaina, and just at the north edge of Kaanapali and the big resorts. There’s a grocery store and fish market essentially across the street. Oh and the management company was great too. Early and helpful communication. Now, Maui is not inexpensive, but this condo was definitely worth it.

We just got back from a lovely week-long stay in your condo. It was amazing! The view for the lanai was mesmerizing and the accommodations were top notch. The condo was very modern and had, obviously, recently been remodeled. We brought brand new hiking poles with us, and didn’t end up using them. So we left them in the closet, hoping future guests get good use from them. We would definitely stay here again, and certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Maui.
