Luana Kai D205 is a second floor, 1 bed/1 bath condo that boasts unobstructed panoramic ocean views. Our redecorated unit features new flooring throughout, fresh paint and new linens. It has a fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen featuring a walk-around island, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The unit has A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs (one a smart TV), HD cable TV, complimentary high speed wireless internet, free local and long-distance calls to the U.S. and Canada, and free unassigned parking in the on-site parking lot.
The bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress, a Tempur-Pedic topper and refreshed bedding along with a wall-mounted TV.
The updated bathroom has a large well-lit sink/vanity area with granite top and newly re-tiled shower with a rain showerhead fixture and a convenient toiletry niche.
For your convenience, we also provide pool/beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pickleball & tennis rackets and balls (our inventory may vary at times).
For those who may need to get some work done while in paradise, or perhaps wishing to extend their trip, the unit has a functional remote work setup with two desks (one with a monitor), a wireless printer/scanner and high-speed internet.

About Luana Kai Resort:
Luana Kai is a beautiful resort with lovely grounds full of tropical plants. Best of all it is direct oceanfront, no busy roads to cross to reach the beach, no obstructions.
Enjoy fantastic Maui sunsets, excellent whale watching (December through April) and beach walks just 100 yards from the condo. The beach is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, kiteboarding, sunbathing, or looking for shells or turtles.
In addition to the 1.5 milelong beach in front of Luana Kai, several well-known beaches including Keawakapu, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, Charley Young, and Sugar Beach are all within a few minutes’ drive.
It is centrally located in Kihei with shops and restaurants nearby to explore, many within walking distance, and easy access to the airport (approximately a 15-20 minute drive).
Luana Kai has a gated oceanfront heated pool with hot tub, saunas, and a complete outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grills, dining tables and plenty of chaise lounges for reading, sunbathing or relaxing with a tropical drink. Other amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and a putting green. The entire complex is a non-smoking property and we ask that our guests are non-smokers.

Coffee on the lanai in the morning, watching the sun rise onto the green Maui Mountains= heaven. In the evening the sunset from the lanai is a different painting each night. And watching the whales from the lanai is so much fun.
The owners of this condo really care about providing a comfortable place to take advantage of the island. The location is central which makes it easy to go sightseeing in any direction. The condo is stocked with absolutely everything you need. No need to bring towels, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked and the check in is easy (no keys to deal with).
We have stayed here two years in a row and hope to come back again. Thanks for another nice stay Jen and Jason!

We loved our stay. The second floor unit offered just the right amount of privacy with a view. The unit is well maintained and clean. The western view is great for morning coffee and sunsets. The pictures and descriptions are totally accurate. Nothing is very far on Maui and this Kehei location is perfect. Wish we had stayed longer.

A fantastic place to stay for a couple, and I will recommend this location to anyone. The whole home was clean, with all updated furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and I never woke up feeling groggy or achy. All linens smelled clean and felt crisp. Both kitchen and bathroom had plenty of supplies that made it feel like a home away from home. Cooking in the kitchen was a dream and had all the basics (and more) that I never felt like I needed to resource a solution. The updated tech allows you to connect any streaming service to the TV. Patio was gorgeous and the view is incredible. If you are an avid pickleball player, this would be a hot spot for competitive and fun play (did not play myself). The amenities of the grounds were super nice as well - pool and hot tub were clean and spacious enough that it never felt crowded or anyone was on top of one another. Plenty of outdoor grills if you wanted to cookout, and even an outdoor kitchen and bathrooms if you just wanted to have a pool day and never go inside. Neighborhood felt safe and conveniently located north of shops for food and supplies. Walked to Kihei on our first day, which wasn't long, although may feel a little weird walking along road (no sidewalks). But traffic on S Kihei Rd drove slow enough that it didn't feel unsafe walking to or from town. This will be our dedicated homestay anytime we plan future trips to Maui! This is our second time staying in this unit owned by Jen. We came back for the amazing location, accommodations and sunsets! This condo is located near the main parts of Kehei but private enough for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing stay. Owners have all for comforts of home, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, pickleball equipment and more. Kitchen has everything you need and is updated and very pleasant to use. Parking is close and easy too. We had to re-book trip last minute and Jen was very accommodating and understanding of our medical emergency that forced us to change our dates. She made it easy, we even added 3 additional nights!! We will definitely be coming back again!!

Jen is amazing, and extremely accommodating. The description of the condo was perfect and allowed the actual home to still exceed our expectations. This spot is absolutely a 10 and well worth every penny!
