We were two adult couples staying for the first time in a VRBO. We purposely stayed in the Wailea/Makena area of the island and picked a two-bedroom unit that appeared not to be set up for children. We graciously took the non-master bedroom with two queen beds. The beds had the worst thin mattress that were completely uncomfortable to sleep on with the added bonus of horrible thin pillows that had a child protective cover under the pillowcase. The Master bedroom had a nice serta sleeper mattress (ours was a no name brand) with normal pillows. Further, the 2nd bedroom walls desperately needed new paint as there were scuff marks covering the walls. The rest of the apartment was nice and as described. There is just not a way to split this apartment in a way that feels equal for adults. I think this place is better suited for a couple with 2-3 children and should be stated as such!

This was our first time staying at Polo Beach club and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The views were incredible, the beach was nearby, and the condo was well appointed.

Property was well taken care of . Management was very responsive. Wonderful upgrades will definitely stay here again. Property grounds well maintained. if you are looking for a getaway with a pool that is quite and a more secluded beach this is the place away from the crowds!

Location was perfect. Very clean and bright. Very comfortable and the patio is probably one of the coziest places to hang out. Although there was construction on the facility that we did not know about, it never was loud or impeded our stay. Lovely place.

From the moment we stepped through the door, my fiancé and I instantly felt at home and were blown away by the beauty of this condo. We selected this condo as our home away from home for the week. We traveled to Wailea to host our destination wedding and it was nothing short of perfect. We wouldn’t have traded anything for our experience and the condo was just simply divine. The photos of this unit do not do it justice, you just must see for yourself. We were provided every amenity mentioned in the listing and then some. Kristin was outstanding to work with and beyond accommodating. Thank you, Kristin! Truly could not have chosen a more perfect condo in the most perfect place for the most perfect experience of my now HUSBAND and mines life! Highly, HIGHLY recommend. We will be back!

In a word, this property is perfect. I stayed with my mom, my husband, and our 2 children. We loved everything about this property. The location was terrific - on the beach and within walking distance of shops, the beach trail, and other resorts. The property was clean and well appointed and we loved having laundry! It had been 12 years since we stayed at the Polo Beach Club and we are seriously wondering why it took us so long to get back here. Last time we were in a ground floor unit. Being on the 7th floor is a totally different experience. The views are mind blowing. The huge covered (shaded!) deck is where we lived but the whole huge unit is beautifully updated and wonderful. For the last few days my wife’s mother was able to join us and this was the highlight of her life. We are so sad to be leaving but we will cherish these memories forever.

We had a lovely time at the very clean, charming property with a fantastic view of the sea and passing whales. The owners were extremely responsive to a few small initial issues, and even patiently walked one of us through getting the big game on the TV. I would recommend the property to anyone and would happily stay here again.

This property has a great location as it is right on the beach. The condo has been re-done and it is nice. Please be aware that the county is doing construction right behind the property, redoing a parking lot. They start every day before 7 and the noise is very loud from the guest bedroom. Not great for people who want to sleep in a bit. The property doesn’t have any onsite amenities. We had issues with the AC not working very well and the property managers had someone out to fix it the next day! They were very responsive. Overall, a great stay, just wish we would’ve known about the construction.
