This condo is located on the quiet side of the complex, away from street noise.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and all needed appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher). It is fully equipped with everything one needs to cook memorable dinners. There is additional seating at the bar for socializing or for casual dining. Washer and dryer are also available near the kitchen area.
The living/dining area has 2 couches and chairs from which you can view the large flat screen cable TV/DVD player. The entertainment center also includes many books, several of them on Maui. One corner of the living room has a small desk for computer use. Another corner of the living room has a comfortable chair with a reading light. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered lanai, perfect for breakfast or candlelight dinners.
Secure high-speed 200+Mbps internet/WiFi access is available in the condo. The WiFi can handle simultaneous Zoom meetings from separate computers. Guests are also provided phone access to free local calling.
The master bedroom suite has a queen bed. The bedroom dresser conceals a flat screen cable TV and plenty of storage for all your vacation items. Sliding glass doors open out from the bedroom onto the lanai. The master bath features a clear glass tub/shower combo, extra-long granite counter-top, and a large 8' mirrored wardrobe.
The second bedroom suite is separated from the main living area with sliding shoji screen doors providing the option for privacy. It has 2 twin beds. It has its own bath with a clear glass shower, granite counter tops, and floor to ceiling mirror wardrobe.
The condo has two AC units and each room (dining area and master bedroom) has a wall operated ceiling fans in every room.
The condo is located near the complex's tropically landscaped pool. Here you will also find gas grills, covered patio tables and a covered lounge area for relaxing, reading, or meeting friends.
The condo also provides beach chairs and towels, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment in a storage closet located right outside the front door of the condo.
This exceptional condo is located in South Kihei, right across from Kamaole Beach III, one of the premier beaches of Maui. It is an excellent sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling beach. It is equipped with lifeguards, showers, restrooms, tables, BBQ and swings. It has grass and trees providing shade during the heat of the day. Loved this condo for the last 3 nights of a week long trip to Hawaii - 'girl's trip" to celebrate my best friends 70th birthday!
The condo was spotless when we arrived - beautiful decor and furnishings. The wall unit a/c's and ceiling fans in each bedroom provided plenty of cooling when need. The in-unit washer and dryer were much appreciated. We didn't end up cooking in the kitchen - but it looked like it had everything you would need (and more) if you had wanted to eat in.
After a full day "out and about" - coming back to the complex pool was simply delightful and refreshing.
Communication with the hosts was wonderful - they responded quickly to any inquiries, and provided all the necessary info for checking into the condo and the community in a timely manner.
We had a quick call back from the property manger Danielle when we initially tried to access the condo and couldn't. It was later and dark, and we were trying to access the mechanical lock box on the side of the door, instead of the digital lock ON the door! She got us back on track in the front door within minutes :)
The beaches across the street were just wonderful! In fact, after checking out of the condo on our last day, we just parked the car at the beach parking lot, and sat on the grass under the trees - soaking in one last chance to enjoy sights, smells and sounds of the Maui beaches - before heading to the airport.
Beautiful condo, in a great location - we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniela and Todd’s home. It was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, there was plenty of kitchenware, and they provided new sand toys and all the beach equipment one would need for a great stay. The chairs in the lanai were new and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. They also provided welcome chocolates which were greatly appreciated. The beach is right across from the condo which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend their place!

Great location, they provided a helpful binder with plenty of places to go dine and shop. The beach was across the street from the building. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for our use, which came in handy. The place was cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Due to some health issues, my husband & I were unable to go to Maui. Fortunately our son & some family were able to use the condo. The owners were absolutely wonderful & understanding and accommodated this change. We stayed there last year & loved it. The condo is fully equipped and spotless. We selected this property for its proximity to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, square footage, and high speed internet. Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved being less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and most of our favorite Kihei restaurants were a short walk as well. This spot also is close to the restaurants and shops in Wailea. If you get tired of Kam 3, there are so many other beaches with public access just a few minutes down the road. I tested the internet speed several times during our month in Kihei and it was blazing fast every time. We ran our company from the condo and never had an issue with video conferencing. The parking is convenient, the pool is very nice, outdoor grills are easy to use, and the cleanliness of the property was very nice. We would stay here again for sure! A very good price for a 2BR, 2 BA condo that is close to the beach.

This condo was a lot larger than I was expecting! Everything was very spacious to include the bathrooms, plenty of room to move around. There were plenty of towels, all of the kitchen cookware you could ever want or need and everything you need for the beach to include beach chairs and a little cooler with wheels. All you do is walk out of the condo, across the street and voila! You're at the beach! Everything went smoothly with check in and I look forward to staying here again!

I had a great stay the place was wonderful, clean, and all the places that you ever would want beach chairs all the stuff that you need to enjoy yourself my brother was there with me with his wife and we enjoyed the place tremendously and easy access to the beach and the pool, and we just had a great time
