This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom home offers a luxurious stay, featuring a spacious Primary suite with a brand-new king-size bed and a large, private ensuite for ultimate comfort.
The second bedroom features two TwinXL beds (new) that can be combined to make a King and a private ensuite bath.
The home also includes a sleeper sofa, accommodating groups of up to 6 guests.
For families with young children, we provide a pack-and-play, and can offer additional ones if needed for families with more than one infant.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, living room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The indoor dining room table and lanai outdoor table, seat a total of 8 plus there is a large counter. Relax and enjoy watching your sports team or a movie with the kids after a fun day at the beach on the large 65" 4K TV. Enjoy movies and music selections on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, chaise loungers, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.

We had a fantastic stay. The resort is beautiful and the condo is a perfect place to rest after a fun filled day. It is exactly like the pictures and it is very quiet. The beach club is perfect. We had a great time.

Perfectly located and close to the beach, stores, restaurant and sites, this is a beautiful unit. Everything you need is there, from a fully equipped kitchen to all the beach gear you need. Property management is super responsive to questions.

Eight years in Mauna Lani Resort condos, and this one is the best yet! Our first time in a Fairways condo, and we were not disappointed…largest/nicest pool we’ve been in, gorgeous landscaping and a great sense of community. The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and a complete variety of beach toys available in the garage. We loved the layout, huge TV, decorations, and privacy of the unit, with easy/ample parking. Beautiful master bath and great linens/bedding. We could not recommend this condo more! As an aside, we found a broken beach umbrella in the garage, call the management company (Paradise) in the late evening, and were pleasantly surprised to get someone on the phone and find two new beach umbrellas delivered by the next morning…that’s great service! Location was great for the us since we were there for the HONU70.3 Triathlon. The property had all the things we like to have (just like our own home) and access to washer/drier was great. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Aloha and Mahalo.

Perfect location, great access to MLBeach Club, all the toys you need and great area for a splendid vacation. Only suggestion is to replace the living area couches and give a little more latitude with the AC … these New Englanders found it a tad warm at night. All in all we would return!!

Very nice property property was clean ready for us on arrival. Unfortunately, the shopping center (queens) a lot of businesses have closed very sad. Only one restaurant open Tommy Bahamas. At the Fairmont orchid there are a couple nice places to eat.
This was my 5th trip at the Mauna Lani. I hope the restaurants will come back soon

Beautiful spacious condo, perfect location, comfortable beds, lots of amenities like snorkeling equipment, HBO.. The pool wasn’t working, but I was given a discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the house wasn’t clean enough when we arrived… A dirty toilet and dirty coffee maker. However, I think this was a one-off. I’d stay here again

We were very impressed, pleased and happy with our accommodations. The unit was private and the kitchen was well equipped. We had access to bikes, beach chairs, coolers and the Beach Club. The location was very convenient. We would go back!!

We live in Waimea and booked this condo for an escape from the craziesness of 4th of July fireworks. It was incredibly fast and easy to book this condo and the check in directions made “self” check in a breeze.
The condo was very comfortable - great room with kitchen, dining & living room... and a really big tv with a sound bar. Since we hung out in the condo most of the time - the MAUNA LANI resort was still basically closed- we really appreciated the wide selection of programs to stream. Kitchen is really convenient and well stocked with everything we needed. We even found a flashlight in the kitchen “misc” drawer so we could enjoy an evening walk.
We really enjoyed our stay here.. in fact we’re talking about coming back here again instead of our usual stay at the Orchid! 😎
