Historic gathering home to the majority of Oahu's hotels and resorts. Waikiki is located on the South shore of Honolulu
The world-famous neighborhood of Waikiki was once a playground for Hawaiian royalty. The property is a great value for the price and conveniently located. The pool and hot tub were nice and had a scenic view. Air conditioning, TV, appliances, and plumbing worked fine. We appreciated the collection of recent guidebooks, which we put to good use. We rented a Smart Car from the rental agency in the lobby and parked it in the hotel lot daily--a good value and highly recommended for seeing the island. Overall, a good experience.
