Our condo is spacious and comfortable. We have a car that you can use while you’re there, too. The kitchen is fully stocked. It has everything you need for your stay, except for your personal items. It is very quiet and secluded with wildlife often visible from the back lanai, which is also the perfect place for breakfast or dinner. The condo is open and airy with ceiling fans when the trade winds are not blowing. It is the perfect size for a couple or a family with one or two young children. The tennis courts and pool area are just a few steps away....

Our visit to Molokai provided a different perspective of Hawaii from the other more popular tourist islands we have visited. The people of Molokai have worked to keep insulated from the trappings of tourism found throughout Hawaii. Our visit was quiet, as the resort condominium was only 20% full. The condo itself allowed the breezes to flow through the living spaces, eliminating any need for air conditioning. The community pool was outstanding. Most beaches were empty. Molokai is a great getaway for solitude. Grocery shopping was twenty miles away and the prices were higher than on other islands. Overall, we enjoyed our visit because we were seeking a different view from what we have experienced on other Hawaiian islands.

This was the second time I stayed at Patti's property. It's an easy weekend trip from the Big Island! I knew what to expect, and was even pleasantly surprised that the unit was even cleaner than my visit last year. Of course having a car included is a real bonus, and it's nice to have a vehicle that doesn't look like a 'tourist car', so you don't stand out like a sore thumb while exploring. I love this place, and will be returning again soon

Laid-back and rural Molokai might not be for everyone, but for me, especially in this condo, was heaven. The decor of the unit is nicely tropical, with all the comforts of home, for cooking and chilling. The bed was great, the deck offered shade and sun all day long, and the shore is a 5-minute walk away, for brilliant sunrises and sunsets. Proximity to the tennis/pickleball courts is convenient, and the pool area terrific, offering shade, grill, hot tub and library. Friendly folks. Though many units in the area are available via VRBO, I'm so glad I chose this -- and not only because of the use of the Accord. But also the host's kindness, friendliness and responsiveness. Any return trip to Molokai would be here. Mahalo, Patty!

Having stayed in another unit previously, we were familiar with the Ke Nani Kai area and drawn to this particular unit with the amazing inclusion of a car. We were not disappointed, as the property is as advertised and was the perfect place for our getaway. Beautiful beaches are a short walk away and the condo was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the laid back beauty of Moloka'i.

Communication with owner: excellent. Resort: lovely. Proximity to beautiful beaches: can’t be beat! Car included: great deal. This unit : tired and needs maintenance. I would definitely stay in this resort again, just not in this suite.

It is a great location! Very quiet when we were there with only a short walk to the beaches & gorgeous sunset viewing. We very much enjoyed our stay. Yes, it is dated, but for the price (includes a car! What?! 😄) & location you really shouldn’t expect new/fully renovated. We will be back (& for longer)! Thanks Patti for sharing your Molokai home.

This unit was affordable and has benefits if you are a casual laid back kind of person.
Pros: Convenient location near beach, in nice area. Owner was responsive to communications and refunded our money. Car is a great benefit. Sounds of nature, and wildlife visiting around balcony, which felt private. Counters were clean. Kitchen had almost everything one needs.
Cons: Unit really needs a deep cleaning, there was grungy feel to many furniture items, and cabinets. Inner shower curtain was mildewy. Carpets were not well vacuumed. Many bugs, termites in abundance at night, which i am told is seasonal....Utility closet was a mess and smelly. Both blenders were broken. We weren't comfortable there and ended up moving.

The condo was comfortable and very well stocked. The pool was recently refinished and is beautiful. There is a nice beach within a short walk. The island is amazing and the people are friendly. If you want a place to unwind and relax, this condo is it. Thank you Patti!

The trip was at the relaxed pace of what you would expect on Molokai, nice and slow. When we arrived at the condo there were four Peacocks guarding the front door, but they quickly departed. The trade winds kept us cool through the screened doors and the sound of the trees at night was very relaxing. The beaches are not crowded and most of the time we would be the only people on the beach. If you are looking for an experience of a Hawaii from the 50's or 60's with modern convenience, then this is a great spot to visit. When traveling to Molokai almost everything is closed on Sunday, including grocery stores and Taxi service. There are people who will provide rides to/from the airport for a fee. The car provided with our rental drove great. Overall, our trip was great and the communication with Patty, the owner, was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The reviews will inform you that the unit is dated and it is. However, it is comfortable, safe, clean, and has everything one could want for a great start to a super vacation. It reminded me of homes I visited as a kiddo when I visited my family on other Islands.
A short walk and you will find your self on a nearly deserted beach. The evening entertainment begins with beautiful sunsets and is followed by a stunning view of an amazing night sky.
Miss Patti is the easiest to work with. She responds quickly and does everything in her power to accommodate her renters.
We had the most relaxing time and our time here was just what we needed.
