The best spot on the island as it is close to many restaurants, surfing, swimming, golf, shopping, night life, whale watching but yet still very private....

Nice property and overall would stay again. Kitchen was well equipped which was great for us since we don’t eat out every day. Not having AC was ok temp wise but the chickens are noisy and the wastewater treatment facility nearby occasionally wafts in so it would have been nice to close up the windows without getting too warm. We took advantage of the State Park nearby which has a lifeguard station and some decent snorkeling

We loved the location close to the beach. From the pictures we thought the condo was closer but it was a short walk. If you plan on cooking, you will need to go out and buy all your seasonings and everything else you will need to prepare it. There was no salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters, simple kitchen supplies, so we ate out every night
The mattress in the guest room on the right was not comfortable.

Just a terrific area and condo development. super quiet with a decent tiki restaurant a short stroll down the beach. View(s) from unit better than pictures. Couple of light switches seemed to not work properly. may want to check that but otherwise really perfect.

Property was in a central quiet location which was good to visit both the south and north shores. Condo was clean but could use some TLC (eg paint). Included beach towels, a cooler and a couple beach chairs which were nice to have.The bottom half of the TV was blurry (we didn't use it much so not a huge deal for us) and the dishwasher didn't work very well. Overall a nice get away for our family and we enjoyed it!

This particular unit was great. We had a very nice breeze that another unit didn’t have. There was a nice comfortable couch and the beds were really nice. Location was perfect in the middle of the island, could go north or south equally. Lydgate state beach is right next door with a nice walking path. The only drawback was that there is a small homeless population at the park next door. My wife didn’t feel comfortable walking by herself. Other than that the condo was great.

We were two couples and the condo and surrounding property suited us well. Very quiet and easy to get around Kauai from. We found the place super clean and comfortable and enjoyed the pool and gardens, not so much the roosters and chickens. Hope to come back one day.

The location of this condo was ideal! 30-40 minutes from s & n shores. Close to shopping & dining. in Kapa'a. It was private and easy to find. The kitchen counters and cabinets are super dated and could use some freshening up for sure. The kitchen however was well-outfitted for cooking/dining should you choose to do so. We did not use the twin room and the rest of the condo was furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. No A/C was a non-issue as you do get great breezes from the tradewinds. The only bummer was that the exterior lights from the building in front of the condo shine directly into the master bedroom which defeats the purpose of keeping the curtains open for comfortable airflow. The ice chest is definitely too small even for the two of us for a day's outing. It's more the size of a large lunch box. One of the beach chairs and the umbrella were not really unusable however there is a great rental spot called Boss Frogs with many locations where you can rent ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel equipment, bikes, etc... and they are super reasonable. All in all, awesome spot and we are grateful for the time we spent at the condo and in Kauai! :-)
