This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa spans over 2,000 square feet and boasts high-end amenities and stylish decor that exude comfort and luxury. The oversized 500+ square feet lanai, complete with a private outdoor kitchen with your own gas BBQ, offers views of the enclaves secluded pool area.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa features two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that include glass-walled walk-in showers, and a third bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Each bedroom has a King size bed, and the third bedroom has the option to be split into 2 twin beds prior to arrival. The living room offers a queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements.
As a guest of Luana Garden Villas, you'll have access to the resort's seven pools, waterslide and spas, fire pit area, and all the amenities of the 4-diamond rated Honua Kai Resort. After a day full of adventures, retreat to your own private oasis and watch the sunset sky while relaxing on your spacious lanai.
Luana 18C also comes with a private garage and additional parking for a second vehicle, making it a great choice for families or groups traveling together. If you're renting an electric vehicle, you'll enjoy free electric vehicle charging at this condo along with easy access to your vehicle.
Inside the villa, you'll find high-end amenities and finishes, including a living room and each bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. The villa also features disappearing pocket doors in the great room, a covered lanai with glass rail/walls for beautiful views, and an outside lanai dining table with chairs.

I’ve done a lot of home rentals over the years, and this one was the best. Amazing. Huge. Clean. Everything was top quality. The rental company is very effective and efficient. The resort was fun for the family. The only bad part was leaving. Loved this resort and villa and we will be back.

This condo was perfect for us - 4 adults and 2 kids. Could have easily fit more. It’s very spacious and very well equipped for everything we needed. It is also perfectly located close to all the amenities of the resort and also a separate pool/hot tub right out the back with lots of green space for the kids to run around.

The property was amazing. It was very private but still in a resort so you had access to all the nice amenities. The property itself was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone considering traveling with a family to Hawaii.

Beautiful condo! We loved the quieter aspect of Luana villa gardens with our own close pool, but the access to all the pools and beach of Honua Kai. The condo was stunning. Worked perfectly to have 2 masters and a 3rd bedroom as we traveled with my in laws and kids.

We stayed for a week for a family vacation. The 3 bedroom unit was very spacious. One room can opt to switch from a king to two twins. Also has a pull out sofa. Great location overlooking enclave private pool. Walking distance to resort with additional pools and walking distance to beach.

On-site staff were limited to basically two people: The concierge, who is only there limited hours; a single security/check-in gent, who kept being called away from his station. The second day of our stay was rocky, after a wind storm knocked out both Internet and AT&T cellular to the entire area -- and right at the same time, we had to deal with swapping out a dud rental car. On-site staff had no way to provide a jump for the battery. There is no landline for the resort, which made coordinating outside assistance extra challenging. Our bacon was saved entirely by the concierge, who offered use of her personal cell, which somehow had intermittent connectivity by dint of being on Verizon.
A few harsh words on the resort guide: It is provided via a tablet, but the tablet retrieves that content from the Internet every time -- not stored on-device, nor even an on-site cache server. So no Internet means no resort guide. The guide itself includes only a single map of the property, which has very small font and cannot be enlarged.
