This condo's so close to the golf course you can hear people saying 'Fore!' In fact, making a cup of coffee in the full kitchen (which features a gorgeous French door refrigerator) while watching the golfers on the links may become your new morning ritual. Enjoy the central air conditioning, perfect for coming in from the beach. Feel free to throw your towels directly into the private washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy access to the shared heated pool and hot tub after a day of beach fun.

Ulua Beach Park, known as a wonderful beach retreat and snorkeling spot, is just under one mile from the condo. For guests seeking a more kinetic beach experience, the Wailea Beach Path (which starts just over a half mile from the condo) offers fantastic views with optional stopping points. Local restaurants like Coconut's Fish Cafe and Maui Sweet Shoppe are within five miles of the condo, and that's just the beginning!

The location on site and in the neihbor is perfect !
The lanai offers really nice views, sunrise and sunset.
Con’s: the appliances in the bedrooms look dirty and carpets need to be change.
We would recommand it for the prime spot.

Pros- good location, excellent kitchen, quiet, clean
Cons- Furniture in bedrooms, flooring, beds and bathrooms need updating. All show significant wear. Area rugs and carpets in bedroom in poor condition

Great view and location. Very convenient.
It is western view so it could be hot in the afternoon. However, There is solar screen available to block the sun. The carpet and bath mats could be updated.
It was hot and musky when we entered the property when we arrived. (Afternoon sun was heating up whole unit.)
The parking site was a little tricky to find. Rather it was in random order.
Overall, we enjoyed staying here!

Loved that it was convenient to the wailua shops, 15 minute walk. Also the unit has a West facing view, and the sunsets were beautiful. It is very quiet and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the master bathroom was delightful with two shower heads in the shower room.

I loved the open view of the golf course in the morning, the beds in the other bedroom were extremely tiny and difficult to sleep in (as an adult) but overall comfort was amazing. The amenities left for us to utilize were a definite welcome after traveling all the way here and I would love to stay again.

The location was perfect for our stay. Everything about this place worked for what we had in mind while in Wailea. The view of the golf course the and the quietness of the surrounding areas made it feel very private. I definitely would go back and stay in this exact place. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The place was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed being on the golf course and watching the golfers playing while we were sitting on the lanai. The grounds and pool areas are beautifully kept. There were a couple of issues that we did have. There were no dish towels on site so I had to go and buy some. Then we had an issue with the combination door lock which stopped working and the response to come and fix it was slow and we lost half the day or our vacation waiting for someone to show up.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very spacious and clean. Great view of the golf course and sunset. Chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and a small cooler. Everything you need for the beach is available. Walking distance to Wailea Shops. Only drawback was the old style. Could use a remodel.
