We are short walk to fine dining/restaurants/pubs/shops, groceries, playgrounds, and the beach, this is the ultimate family/friends reunion locale! A/C units are in all 5 of the bedrooms ONLY!

We took great pride in sourcing top of the line furnishings for our new home, it is always impeccably clean and the pool/hot tub and yard are upkept weekly for us, and our guests, enjoyment.
** You will have our manager's number who is available if there are any questions/issues.
** will be given a front door number code 3 days before check-in via email, that way there's no danger of losing keys at the beach or in the ocean!
**You must be 25 or older to rent the home unless specific permission is granted; a photo ID is required upon arrival. Owners reserve the right to require a full list of guest names and refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the home.

- please use the musical instruments provided to jam! We just ask that you treat them with the utmost respect as they are delicate. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE DRINKS ON THE PIANO AT ANY TIME!

In the fully converted garage space you will find couches and a 70 inch TV with cable, XBOX and games, fridge, bikes, workout equipment(bench, free weights up to 40lbs), yoga mats, exercise ball, foam rollers, medicine ball, soccerball, baseball mitts and balls, basketball, weighted jump rope, push up bars, manual foot pump (great outdoor workout stations at the nearby Princeville community park!)
**BEACH EQUIPMENT
Beach towels, chairs, snorkels and fins, boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards, straps for boards on car, 2 person kayak(it's heavy, requires two strong people to place on a car), life jackets and beach/utility wagon. ( great for groceries)

What an amazing place to spend time with the whole family! The house is beautiful, the host is great, and the location was perfect for shopping, eating, and beaching! There were FOUR beach cruisers that were perfect for exploring the neighborhood and quick runs to Foodland. There's also a really cute bar and grill nearby for pupus and drinks. We took the family over from Oahu to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The weather wasn't the best but the house was more than enough to keep us entertained. We spent lots of time in the pool and jacuzzi. The view from the living room upstairs was really pretty and we would see flocks of Nene goose, right outside our window, first thing in the morning. So cool! There were several board games and things to choose from. My brother and I love to cook so the kitchen was our absolute favorite part! We ate, we drank, we explored, and we just enjoyed celebrating our amazing kid. I would definitely recommend it for big family getaways. We had a multigenerational crew and everyone absolutely enjoyed themselves. We are so thankful!

Kelly’s place was fantastic! It was the perfect location on the North shore close to amenities and Hanalei Bay. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had a group of 11 adults and it fit us perfectly. The pool was awesome too! Kelly was very friendly and attentive as a host, and even gave us a list of personal recommendations on the island. 10/10 property!

The home was comfortable for family and Kelly was very accommodating at providing the baby items we needed for our littlest travelers. We loved our stay.
But the house could use some window updates and the TV didn't work in the garage. We didn't complain as the other TV in the house was fine. This is a wonderful home.

Our group consisted of my husband and myself with our 3 little kids all under 10yrs old. My parents and my sister. The house was a perfect home base for us to start our day of adventuring and return to at night to relax. There was the perfect amount of space where we could all be together enjoying a meal, time by the pool, or a movie... but also nice separation of space for us to enjoy some time a part. Fantastic location so close to food, groceries and activities. Loved being close to Hanalei bay for beach trips, shopping and the awesome Saturday farmers market. The pool area felt very private even though we were in a neighborhood. Had all the cookware and dishware we needed for our group. Awesome beach chairs and boogie boards for my kids. We had such a blast. Thank you for all the memories in this beautiful home.

This stay was everything we could ask for. Our family of 9 stayed here for our first time in Hawaii. The house was awesome! The large living area was nice for our family and separate bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The undersell how much available stuff they have to use such as towels, surfboards, paddle boards, a kayak, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment etc. No complaints at all from us!

The house is gorgeous, and in a great neighborhood walking distance from places in Princeville, and a very short drive to Hanalei.
All the beach supplies were a huge help to not have to rent or buy chairs and umbrellas.
We were disappointed to find the house only sleeps 10 people in beds, so 2 of our guests had to sleep on couches or air mattresses. The VRBO listing had 6 beds, but one was only an air mattress.
Other than that we enjoyed everything else about the house!

We booked this vacation out a long time in advance and could not be happier with our choice. We had a large family group that started at 7 and ended up with 12 for 4 of our 7 nights. The house has plenty large enough for 12 of us and we did not feel crowded.
The kitchen is beautiful and so was the covered patio/deck/bbq on the main living level. We spent a lot of our time with the bbq and sitting enjoying the outdoors. The main kitchen was stocked well and we had pretty much everything we needed.
The large selection of “toys” in the garage will be a big plus to most families. The beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was appreciated. We donated some more snorkel stuff to the collection that we bought at Costco. The really didn’t use the bikes or exercise equipment but it was nice to have everything there including an extra refrigerator and ice chests!
The neighborhood was very quiet and we had ZERO issues with any of the neighbors, although we are an exceptionally quiet family. But there were no issues and it’s a great neighborhood. We did not use the pool, being at the local beaches every day, but a few of our group used the hot tub one or two nights and enjoyed it.
The lack of air conditioners upstairs was NOT an issue. There is a nice breeze and the windows being open upstairs and the 3 fans kept the main living area very comfortable and the AC units in each room kept the bedrooms very comfortable at night.

What a tropical oasis...from the moment we arrived we felt "at home" yet on vacation. Perfect for our family of 11...8 adults and 3 children under age 4. Backyard area is gorgeous, just as the pictures show. Well equipped for children, private bedrooms/bathrooms, loved the open space, nice neighborhood and the owner is more than accommodating. Grocery store extremely close for essentials. Would stay again!
