With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a great lanai and comfortable kitchen, a stay here fits the bill for a family. We wish we had two more chairs at the outdoor lanai table, but all else fit our needs well.

Clean, well maintained 2-story sleeps 6. No views except of the golf course, but convenient to shops, food and beach. Has most beach equipment but bring umbrellas - no shade on the beach on hot sunny days. Garage is too small to hold more than a tiny car. There are visitor spots to park in, not quite so close. No problems with appliances, furniture or other amenities. Kona Concierge was excellent and very helpful. Fun vacation.

My family and I enjoyed a great vacation in Waikoloa Beach Resort. We loved the Fairway Villas G1. It’s close to King’s and Queen’s shops and A-Bay and Lava Lava Beach Club. We loved the location, spacious layout and the beautiful lanai. The pool was great and the complex was quiet but welcoming. A perfect spot to stay for a Big Island vacation!

The property had everything and more that we needed for our family trip to Hawaii! it was a great location as it was close to shops and an access to a beach and pools so we had lots to do as a family. The check-in process was simple and not complicated. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Hawaii with a family to stay at this location.

The place itself is gorgeous: feels new, spacious, beautiful kitchen. Location is the best in my opinion: within 15 min drive to all best beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Major issue for us were cockroaches all over kitchen counters and dishwasher. Property managers were responsive but not much could be do about that. Kitchen was completely empty: no condiments, no esssetials for cooking. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa fairway villas. Listing was as described. Beautiful and clean interior. Everything worked well. No issues. The location is very close to shops and restaurants. Beach access is a five minute drive. AC was great to have is this area heats up during the day.
There were several beach amenities in the garage which was great. Chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. The garage is quite small and can be tough to get into. Anything bigger than a midsize sedan probably won't fit.
Our family loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here - the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and it was convenient to the shops and the beach. Relaxing view of the golf course from the lanai! Very quiet, we felt like we were by ourselves. The biggest downside = the wifi was spotty at times...not sure if this was an issue across the complex or just in this condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
